Hotel Rose

Beautiful, spacious and newly renovated rooms with impeccably clean views of the mountains and the river. Although it is difficult to satisfy the taste when it comes to food, this hotel offers what we have not been able to taste in better and more expensive hotels and restaurants. Of our 6 evenings spent there, we never had the same food again. Varied, enough to eat and delicious. Very warm and friendly staff, as well as the owners. The Sinner family leaves nothing to chance, so they know how to sneak up on dinner and ask if everything is okay. The hotel represents what everyone should be and have. We are delighted, congratulations. Warm recommendations, and we will be back.

We stayed at Hotel Rose for skiing in Dolomites, and we simply loved it! There are many reasons to stay here, so I will bring couple of points:
- 🚞 You are 3min walk from the train station(easy to walk with your ski boots on), and you can directly go to 2 ski resorts - 2stations away from 3 Zinnen and 3stations away from Kronplatz(and all trains are free for people staying in this hotel), Kronplatz train station is better organized, since you can directly hop on from train to gondola, amazing experience! If you take the car, Cortina d'Ampezzo is very close too(we didn't like it though, Kronplatz was the best out of three resorts mentioned, by far!)
- 🥽 Ski storage room is very well equipped, there are boots' warmers, so you will surely have dry boots in the morning, also you get your own ski storage place with ability to lock it - for free! Just ask at the reception
- 👨‍🍳 Half board is super tasty with a big volume(Salad bar + 2 plates of dishes + dessert), and all the staff are very attentive and nice people, for dinner you get 3options - meat, fish and vegetarian - so there is something for everybody. Salad bar is also great with a lot of variety. Great choice of wines as well!
- 🛋 Rooms are very big, comfortable, clean and new! Bathrooms are big and easy to dry some of your stuff.
- 🅿 Parking lots are big, so there is a parking space for everybody!
- 🪙 Overall great value! For example, we ordered a lot of drinks for our dinners, and prices were very reasonable!

Some tips for people coming for ski:
- Buy online Dolomiti Superski pass at least 2days before arrival, you get 5% discount and you can take your ski pass directly from the ticket machine, without the need to be in queue in ticket office, amazing experience! You just scan the QR code you get the ski pass immediately
- Book directly through Hotel Rose's website, they are allowing free cancelation 14days before arrival!

This may be the best hotel in the Dolomites for its category. Rooms and bathroom significantly bigger than average. Everything feels new. Very friendly and professional staff. Very good breakfast. Very good rate available on their website.
I had one of the few rooms directly facing the creek. Awesome.
Wifi broke down a few times in the evenings but mobile data worked.

All perfect: room is big, clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and makes you feel at home. We had the half pension, breakfast buffet is complete with all you need, dinner included a buffet salad, two dishes and one dessert - all with good portions. We will definitely consider again Hotel Rose for one of our next visits.

Absolutely the place to be. Beautiful room, quiet , perfect for a relax evening and night after hiking all day. Dinner very good, plenty of choice , everyone working at the hotel is very kind and care about the customer. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in Villabassa, new and clean rooms with all you need. A bit expensive and is located near the dairy barn. However, excellent hostility and very tasty food (both dinner and breakfast)

Amazing hote for a good price. Modern rooms, but in cosy country style.
Recepcion guy gave us better option when we asked for, and later, after check out , when we forgot some private items in the hotel - sent everything to our home adress without any hesistation and very quick.
This hotel and service made our weekend more pleasant and unforgettable!

A perfect place to stay. We took half board and it was excellent, very good breakfast and each evening a new diner menu.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The food was delicious both for dinner and for breakfast. The room was cozy and nice.

Uno dei migliori hotel in cui sia mai stato! Personale gentilissimo, posizione super strategica, camere enormi, luminose, nuovissime e super pulite! A cena ti senti a casa con prodotti sempre diversi e di qualità, la colazione molto abbondante e squisita. Sala intrattenimento con tavolo touch e vari giochi da tavolo disponibili. Anche la Ski Room pulita ed ampia (presenti addirittura lo scalda scarponi e lo strumento per la sciolinatura)! Viene fornito l’holiday pass per viaggiare gratuitamente con i mezzi pubblici in tutta la zona! Parcheggio privato ampio. Bar aperto anche per una pausa pranzo veloce. E per finire prezzo davvero competitivo! Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie di cuore

Era da tanto tempo che non facevo una di quelle vacanze che ti fa ripartire con un po’ di tristezza nel cuore, perché è questo l’effetto che ti fa l’hotel Rose , ti fa sentire talmente a casa e talmente bene , che quando te ne vai ti rimane un po’ di nostalgia.
Più tecnicamente parlando, le camere sono pulitissime , senti odore di pulito entrando , il cibo è tanto e tutto molto buono , il personale è sempre sorridente e gentile ,i cani sono benaccetti e molto amati da tutti .
Ma la mia menzione d’onore va a Rocco , collaboratore dello staff ,che con la sua gentilezza e “italianità” ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Grazie e a presto

Ein wunderbares Hotel in sehr sympathischer Familienhand, tipptopp sauber, sehr groß unser Zimmer mit Balkon (206), hell, großes Bad, tolles großes Bett. Aufzug, Parkplatz vor dem Haus - es fehlt an nichts. Ganz hervorragend die Küche, wir hatten Halbpension und wurden morgens und abends richtig verwöhnt! Ganz frische Zutaten, super zubereitet und sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Bell'hotel, ristrutturato nelle camere che sono veramente confortevoli ed eleganti. Personale disponibile, gentile, cena con piatti tipici e verdure a buffet. Posizione ottima per andare a San Candido, Dobbiaco, Austria, o sentirci per le le Tre Cime di Lavaredo e laghi.
