Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti

We stayed at the resort in late February this year and was the best ski resort I’ve been to. A contemporary iteration of alpine chic, Lefay is warm, cozy and equipped with all the modern facilities to make you comfortable. The rooms are especially spacious, compared to European standards. We love the spa facilities here. There are a variety of activities provided by the spa that you can sign up, all for free. We attended “aufguss”, a multi-sensory Finnish sauna. The restaurants are also great. We ate at the casual restaurant for two nights, and went to Grual the night before our departure.

What impressed us the most was truly the service here. Lefay has a ski room and dedicated staffs to help you load and dry your skis every day. The shuttle bus provides seamless transportation to and from the Pinzolo gondola.

Highly recommend. Will definitely come back again.

This resort is really extraordinary, with very elegant surroundings and furnishings. The suite was comfortable, spacious but still intimate. The spa was superb and the service refined. The Grual restaurant and the “Sentiero Altimetrico” (“Elevation Trail”) menu deserve a special mention: we did not expect such a delicious and fine dining experience, with very special zero-mile dishes!

Stunning spa hotel that looks, feels and smells like the height of luxury. Huge spa areas, with breathtaking views. We were there for 3 nights, but could have happily stayed there for much longer. Heated outdoor pool makes it great for winter breaks, but would love to come back in Spring or Summer

Whoever gave a bad rating to this facility must be a competitor.
The hotel, staff, services, and food are excellent.
To find all these elements at a reasonable price is not easy at all.
The staff is ultra kind, and went out out their ways to accommodate any need, even without asking.
The hotels feels brand new, clean, and luxurious.
The restaurant had top notch food, and you can purchase an all inclusive (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) package, which is a great deal.
This reminds me of a luxury hotel in Andermatt, Switzerland, only at a fraction of the price.

Very spacious rooms with all the amenities you need. Great view of the mountains from the room. The spa area is massive and luxurious, with various pools and huge dry sauna with overlooking the mountains.. Breakfast buffet has good selection. Quiet rooms. The place is quite isolated.

Amazing hotel, contemporary design but still authentic, great massages, fantastic swimming pool that starts inside and continues outside and you can swim thought the glass automatic doors to the open area. Cool water treatments in swimming pool. Gourmet restaurant is amazing. Rooms are large and nice. The atmosphere is very tranquil and cosy. Spa is very good as well as treatments. If you get tired of being in the hotel you can walk to the nearest town which is very nice also and very close.

The best place to stay…EVER! Seriously. The staff is the friendliest and most accommodating staff I have ever met. You are greeted with smiles and good energy the whole stay and you will never want to leave. The food is some of the best in town, and you must try ALL the saunas/steam rooms…there’s probably 8 different ones all across the property.

This place is a MUST and you have to experience it for yourself.

2 times better than any alps-view hotel in Austria or Germany for the same price. Biggest rooms with lots of cozy nuances. Absolutely shocking about almost everything there. Charming and lovely atmosphere.

We booked this stay for our 10 years Anniversary, we couldn’t have made a better choice. The pictures online don’t do justice to the beautiful interiors of the hotel and the amazing views you get to experience and enjoy. The moment you step in the service is impeccable from the reception to the lounge bar to the restaurant to the spa. Every penny is worth as you pay for quality. We had an amazing time here, would recommend to my family and friends.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, as is the location.
The hotel service is wonderful, and the turndown service is among the best we've ever had.
We highly recommend renting the (free) electric bikes for seeing the waterfalls and mountains trails.
Do check out both restaurants if you get the opportunity.

An absolutely amazing hotel - probably the best I have ever been to. First of all the hotel is beautiful - all of the common areas have amazing views across the valley and really nice decor. Second - the rooms are a great size and have really good amenities, the bathroom is great too. Third - the spa and pool. The outdoor pool is great - heated, large, with areas for jacuzzi and seating and beautiful views across the valley. The spa is also incredible - many many different saunas and relaxation rooms, a panoramic sauna which I've never seen before, and the treatments (massage and scrub) were fantastic. Fourth - the food and drink was really great - on the expensive side but that's to be expected in a hotel of this nature. The hot chocolate was AMAZING! The breakfast in Dolomiti was also great - loads of choice which was always replenished and never ran out - maybe the best buffet breakfast I have ever had. Fifth - the ski service is brilliant. They will book lessons for you, have a rental shop in the hotel and put the skis straight into your own ski locker. They have a shuttle that runs you to the Pinzolo ski lift and takes you back. Couldn't be easier! Finally - the staff! All of the staff were incredibly helpful, professional and cheerful. They made everything incredibly easy and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional.

Great place to stay. Hotel rooms are just awesome to stay. Breakfast serving is one of the best you can get. Really nice outdoor swimming pool. Very good fitness area.

Prices for drinks in the bar are ridiculous (€18,- for Bacardi cola)

My husband and I had have stayed here a few times and love everything about this place nestled in the Dolomiti!

The rooms spacious and beautifully decorated down to the small touches. We have stayed on the ground floor with a nice patio and higher up, both with nice mountain views.

The spa facilities are outstanding- with different pools, saunas, steam rooms, relaxation areas, etc. We loved our daily swims in the outdoor heated pool surrounded by the mountains- a truly spectacular view. I took a stretching class in the sauna with Marco and very much enjoyed that. I also had a wonderful massage which was very different and much needed.

The lounge and Dolomia restaurants were both absolutely delicious for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The service from all the staff members was top notch.
We are always planning to return.

This resort is a dream!
Everything is handled in the highest standards, the staff is super friendly, welcoming and giving you the best customer care I ever encountered.

The hotel is sprarkling clean. The rooms, the lobby, the facilities..all is just super clean and sanitized.

The location is amazing, the food is yummy, the view is perfect.

The hotel is new so it has the best technology, it's designed in a way that you feel they thought about everything to give the customer the best experience and it's working.

I highly recommend this AMAZING place and we can't wait to come back again.

What an amazing hotel! Warm, professional and stunning looking staff. Beautiful room with spectacular views. Spa was perfect and everything was kept up very well. Always clean towels, tea to drink etc. Dinner at Grual was unexpectedly amazing! Beautiful details in the menu card and dishes were perfect.

Perhaps only feedback would be that music throughout the hotel and the extremely formal service in Grual is a little old fashioned and does not fit the overall Lefay brand in my opinion but that’s a small detail from an overall excellent stay. I will be back!!

Beautiful location. We stayed in the Exclusive Spa Suite. Luxurious and sophisticated, and an amazing experience. Will visit again.

One of the nicest spa hotels I've been to. The breakfast is excellent and varied, the outdoor pool and saunas are amazing, the outdoor areas are fun, the room is large and luxurious and the staff is kind and helpful. Recommend and look forward to returning (:

We have been guests at some of the finest spa hotels in the U.S. and Lefay Dolomiti is their equal. The location is beautiful, with wonderful views of the high nearby mountains and the village, and at an elevation that makes it much cooler than nearby Lake Garda and towns like Bolzano. The rooms are both stunning aesthetically and very comfortable, with the most modern baths and technology, and most suites appear to have gardens or balconies. The hotel staff is very professional, although as is the case in many resorts we have visited recently, some staff clearly are new and still being trained. With a very few exceptions, we found every staff member to be helpful and friendly. The spa facilities rank with the very best we have ever experienced and the 4 pools ensure a pool experience everyone can enjoy. The restaurants are excellent, with fresh ingredients and talented chefs. The breakfast quality and variety were among the best we have seen anywhere in Europe.

As for outside activities, the main experiences are the wonderful nearby national park, which is good for walking (not particularly challenging but beautiful) and via ferrata (do this with a guide). In the winter, lots of gondolas and lifts connect Pinzolo with Madonna di Campiglio, which is the major ski area in the region.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this superb spa hotel and will return.

One of the best hotel stays ever. Located on a hill with great views, very close to ski and shops. Staff were very welcoming and professional. Great views, rich breakfast and amazing spa. Ski shuttle is punctual. Totally recommended.
