Celiacs rejoice - and head over to the only 100% gluten free bakery in Florence. A quick trip from the center by bus and you will be rewarded with the most amazing gluten free breads, pizzas and pastries. We focused on the croissants, donuts and cream filled pastries - which were undoubtedly some of the best we have sampled anywhere in the world - heaven. Hoping to return to try some of their other brunch/lunch offerings - like pizza, panini and the gorgeous looking breads. There are a few tables inside so you can eat in and they also have a good selection of fresh pasta and other gluten free items for sale. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.

Gluten free heaven, coeliac mecca! It might be a little trek outside of the city, but its way worth the trip for lunch. Gluten free beer, hot food, sweets and a shop to buy pasta or anything to take back to the airbnb. As someone who doesn't suffer from coeliac disease, but travels with someone who does, I have to say the food was amazing and could barely tell it was gluten free. The owner was also very friendly explaining everything and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!

I was diagnosed with coeliac disease 5 years ago, and my family and I finally made it to Italy for a gluten free vacation. This bakery had the best GF pastries my family and I have had to date, and trust me, we have tried and made many! The staff were so friendly, the selection amazing...we got donuts and croissants, and I only wish we had more time in florence to try their bread! Cannot recommend enough:)

A 100% gluten-free bakery and grocery store - absolutely worth the trip if you are staying in the city center! (Depending on where you are staying, it can be a 30+ minute walk or a 10-min cab ride). My wife has Celiac disease and so to be able to try anything without worry was such a relief. The pastries are delicious - we sampled quite a few and all were excellent, to celiacs and non-celiacs alike. Not to be missed!

The entire selection of pastries and dry goods are all Gluten free. Very friendly owners. Super helpful. Very tasty pastries.

So amazing! I wanted to take everything home with me. The pastries and pizza were delicious. I’m jealous that we don’t have GF bakeries like this in the US.

havent been yet bc its so far from my apt to walk but since there are almost 0 GF bakeries in florence i'm just happy this one exists!! it would be INCREDIBLE if they could get on glovo or deliveroo or some other way to make deliveries within florence.

I took a long walk (~50 minutes) to this place during my Florence trip since I have never been to a complete gluten free bakery with such a wide range of products. When I entered the bakery, I was like a little girl in a fully-stocked toy store. I pretty much bought one thing of everything and it was completely reasonably priced. Amazing products, I could barely believe they were gluten free! Thanks for making my Florence trip even more amazing!

Genuinely one of my favourite places I've ever been to, even if I wasn't Coeliac. Such incredible baked goods on offer, the bread was so soft you'd never know its gluten free, the pizza was incredible, and the profiteroles were delicious. Can't wait for my next visit.

Me and my girfriend (from the Netherlands and both coeliac) went to Firenze for 10 days and went to this bakery almost every day to get lunch and/or breakfast. It was simply AMAZING! For us, this was the gluten-free heaven. They have delicious bread, pizza, cake and so many other things. The people are extremely friendly and they deserve all the credits for this amazing bakery. We hope to come back one day.

Had lunch. Great taste of gluten free ready to eat pizza and sandwiches. Great outdoor seating. Worth the short drive.
