We ate salad and bruschetta.
I haven't had such a tasty meal since a very long time. The salad was simply incredible.
Bruschetta was not the best, but with olive oil it tasted better.
Olive oil was above all adorable.

A true gem in the middle of Borghetto sul Mincio, the birthplace of Tortellini! Make sure to order both the original tortellini (Tortellini di Valeggio) and the one with pumpkin filling (Tortellini Mantovani in farcia di zucca al burro e Salvia). You will enjoy sitting above the water with a beautiful view along with delicious food and good wine!

We went only to the bar not the restaurant. Nice atmosphere modern bar / pub located right on the river downtown. Nice selection of beers and wines. Good apetizers.

Very nice terrace between the narrow water ways in Borghetto, the location makes it a great place to enjoy food. The food is very good, above average, also the vegetarian dish. Besides the good food, the staff was also very friendly and well mannered. Very good food and nice experience for an average price.

Delicious meals, kids menu specifically praised by our young ones. The "rombo" for 2 is cut tableside which makes for a pleasant experience. Very attentive staff and a great location, practically "on the river".

Great restaurant! Good Italian food. Affordable prices. Tables are on a terrace overlooking the river with umbrellas for shade. Parking is a short walk away. Usually I do not care about such things, but what I liked most was the excellent service. Makes you feel you are in an upscale place that is way more expensive than it actually is.

Perfect lunch with a beautiful view. The shrimp saffron ravioli was especially delicious — delicate and fresh.

Very beautiful restaurant in the middle of Borghetto: the location is the river that crosses the city. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed but also elegant. The menù is good and you have two choices: you can be guided in a food experience driven by the restaurant or you can try the different dishes in the menù. I tried the "tris di tortellini" which is the traditional food of Borghetto and I also tried one of the red wines proposed by the restaurant: they were all good and tasty. Very recommended for a lunch/dinner!

Excellent food especially the pasta and the beef fillet! (well that is what we ordered so I can't actually suggest anything else 😀) The kids menu was more than enough.The wine was really good and the whole experience with the river next to us was amazing!

Very good fresh tortellini and extraordinary delicious Ravioli. We had a great experience with outstanding food.. A nice terrace to sit outside and the staff was friendly.

Borghetto is a beautiful village on the river Mincio, and as many places in the village, Lo Stappo has a perfect setting for a restaurant, on the deck above the river overlooking the bridge. in the menu you find the usual Italian staples, but expect to be surprised by the quality of the ingredients
and high standart of cooking. We had cold cuts, Tortellini di Valeggio and lamb chop and everithing was just delicious, especially Tortellini di Valeggio which was real work of art.
