The food was fantastic, so delicious! And the service was just overwhelming! We were always asked if everything was ok and they always waited patiently until we were done and brought the next meal at a comfortable distance.

We found the house wine soo delicious that we bought 3 bottles. She then wanted to give us one as a gift, which we gratefully accepted.

In the end our stomach and our heart was full ❤

Our meal was exceptional, with both outstanding food and warm, welcoming staff.

We had three types of mushroom
pasta. Pasta is made in house and we were shown the mushrooms picked from the same hillside as the restaurant. I also had pigeon barbecued.

Some of the best pasta we’ve ever eaten. I don’t even really like pasta normally and this blew me away!

We discovered this restaurant by chance when looking for somewhere local to our hotel to eat last minute.

Absolutely delicious food and fantastic service. This was our best meal yet in Italy (and we’ve eaten at a lot of delicious places)! My daughter ordered the noodles with meat sauce and my husband and I ordered an antipasto, the pasta sampler (spinach and ricotta ravioli with butter sauce, tortellini stuffed with potatoes and meat and topped with a meat sauce, and noodles with fungi). It was all outstanding and the prices are very reasonable. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

What a fantastic experience. A family restaurant with fine dining in their veins. And we happend to be a fine family. The best bistecca Fiorentina so far. Incredible. And great regional wine. Grazie mille!!!

If you want to enjoy real food from this area, I recommend this restaurant. Nice people, they provide good care and very good food. Very good quality and taste. All fresh. We were lucky and we got the opportunity to see how the real pasta is done.
We are taking home not only a good experience from the unique food, but inspirations on how to do the pasta and spaghetti at home.
We met very nice people and I wish we had restaurants like this in my country, where you feel like you are part of the family and what they cook is really for you. It is really about the quality and experience which you get and not about quantity. When we will be in this country and this area we visit them again.

Their dishes made from homemade pasta represent a very high quality. I definitely recommend anyone who comes in here to try it!

Good food, good service, good ambiance. We had the ravioli in the beef ragú, bistecca di manzo, pattate fritte. The ravioli were really tasty, the bistecca perfectly cooked with a nice char and very good seasoning. The pattate fritte arrived piping hot, super crunchy and tasty. For dessert we had the tiramisu and a crema catalana, both really good. The lady that served us was super nice and friendly. Thanks for the limoncello!!

An absolute must if you're visiting the area. The classic mix of unassuming, unpretentious decor and menu with absolutely top quality Tuscan / Italian dishes. From the moment I sat down I knew I was in for a treat just by allowing the waiter (highly entertaining and an excellent guide through the meal) to advise and recommend. We took the pasta tris which allowed us to taste the top quality variety of sauces but above all appreciate the fresh hand-rolled pasta which is the speciality of the house. We moved on to a mixed fried meat platter and delicious wild boar stew absolutely recommended. The dessert was delicious too The wine was an excellent accompanying choice and everything at a very reasonable price. So a real, authentic gastronomic journey. Recommended!!

We had dinner here on the recommendation of a local to Florence and we absolutely loved the experience. We opted for fresh mushrooms on toast as the appetizer, which is a must, and chose two variations of the pasta with beef ragu and wild boar ragu as the sauces. The house wine, bread, quality of food, and overall atmosphere was the best we’ve had in our 6 months in Italy. Again, the quality is top shelf and if you’re ever in the area you should definitely reserve a table and enjoy.

The food here is AMAZING! The service was very friendly. The pasta here is made by hand and the best I’ve had my whole trip. My husband had the lamb and loved it. Very nice place to unwind and enjoy a good Tuscan meal.

Best pasta we ever had. We don't know what they're doing with it and how it's possible that it's so much better than other restaurants, but it is. We went for the bistecca based on a recommendation from someone local. Also great, but no Chianina unfortunately. Black Angus from Ireland. But prepared in the classical way. Thick cut, grilled on high heat wood fire and delicious.
