Tuscany Villa Chianti Hills

We had the pleasure of staying at Matteo’s villa for the month of September 2019. The property had plenty of space for our friends and family that rotated in during the month. The views were magnificent and the property was nicely located so we could venture out to neighboring towns and local events. All the amenities were well taken care of and we were well supported by Matteo and his father. We used the grill and outdoor dining area often. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a true Tuscan villa experience.

This villa was one of the most stunning places we've ever stayed. The beautiful scenery couldn't be beat. We used the outdoor area, hot tub, covered dining table, and enjoyed the view every single day! The house itself was perfect. Very charming and well appointed. Our young kids slept so well in their cozy room - they slept in every morning! The linens were great, everything very clean, and even some lovely gifts upon arrival. There isn't a large living room on the main level, but we congregated around the dining table every night and enjoyed each other's company. If you wanted to watch a movie, there is a small TV room upstairs that was very comfy!

Can't say enough good things about this villa and the lovely owners. We had an incredible visit and hope to come back one day!

We were 4 adults and 2 children staying for 10 days at this gorgeous property in May 2019. Words are not enough to describe how beautiful and stunning the grounds are, in the hills overlooking olive groves and vineyards. The charming villa is very well outfitted, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen (gathering spot, with fireplace) in the main house and a lovely apt below.
The host, Matteo, was not only extremely gracious and helpful but drove in the night halfway to Rome to deliver a forgotten passport to us! Furthermore, his father, the local GP, tended to my husband who caught pneumonia!
I highly recommend this sumptuous villa and its host Matteo- it's everything you dream of when you think of a Tuscan villa. We can't wait to return.

We wanted to experience true Tuscan living in a small Italian village and we got it. The house was great. We used this as our base camp to explore Pisa, Florence, Sienna and surrounding areas. The town had what we needed and we were able to buy groceries and bring them back. The kitchen had all the supplies. We loved the visit and would definitely go back.

Highly recommended! The villa is just incredible. An charming house, refreshing pool, nice whirlpool, amazing view and a lot of space. The house and garden is clean and well-kept. The owner is an sympathetic and professional host who does everything for having the best time in Tuscany.

We absolutely loved our Tuscany Villa. Our family arrived for my mothers 60th birthday in March of 2019. It was 5 adults and one child. It was very spacious, clean, wonderful amenities. Everyone had their own room and there was also a separate chateau that was included. We stayed for 4 days while visiting Florence and Cinque Terre. Due to the time of season the large pool wasn't available for use but the hot tub worked great and we enjoyed that. The view from the villa is spectacular and it was very safe for walking and enjoying the countryside. The Villa is in a great location. We can't wait to go back!

Great rustic accommodation in the Tuscan hills. Well appointed, with good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Large landscaped garden with a pool and hot tub, if that's your thing, set in an olive grove. An epic view of some large hills in the distance. Franco was also happy to give details of local restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Went there for a holiday trip with my friends. Matteo the owner is a very friendly person and the villa is just beautiful. Plenty of space, two pools, BBQ Station, anything you need for a satisfying holiday! Would love to go there again!

Villa situata in posizione strategica rispetto ai principali luoghi d’interesse quali Firenze, Siena, Arezzo e Val d’Orcia. La vacanza con un gruppo di 9 amici è stata semplicemente perfetta!Dotata di 4 camere pulite e indipendenti e 3 bagni a disposizione. Panorama mozzafiato, piscina, idromassaggio, griglia.... non mancava davvero nulla. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Al di sopra delle aspettative. Assolutamente consigliata per una vacanza all’insegna di relax e scoperte!

Stupenda villa in mezzo una stupendo colle di olivo, piscina, vasca idromassaggi e una postazione griglia con panorama mazzafiato. Evidenzio la posizione strategica per visitare anche Siena, Arezzo e Firenze.
Consigliato per compagnie di amici.

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Villa Oliveta per una settimana ed è stata un’esperienza unica. Siamo stati coccolati dai proprietari molto gentili.
Giorni di totale relax con ogni comfort.
Probabilmente torneremo!
