Podere Bargnano

If you are looking for a place to stay in Cetona, Podere Bargnano is an absolute must.

The house is beautiful with spacious, clean rooms that have been really thought out in terms of both style and design. The grounds surrounding the house are beautiful and the facilities are fantastic. The house is the perfect distance to stroll into the local town of Cetona which hosts a variety of restaurants and bars in its square, as well grocery shops.

I could not recommend Podere Bargnano more.

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely week in March at Podere Bargnano. The house is surrounded by stunning olive groves with the most amazing views. Everything inside is immaculate with great interior design while still staying true to the overall style of the house. Will definitely be coming back with more people next time!

We had a fantastic stay. A stunning farmhouse set in 19 acres of Olive Groves. Newly refurbished, the living areas are comfortable and stylish, the bedrooms are gorgeous and the bathrooms are luxurious, with walk in showers and are beautifully finished. There is a lovely pool. too. The farmhouse is near Cetona which has some great bars and restaurants and there are many other villages and historic towns close by. We found lots to do. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, elegant, stylish and luxurious are just some of the words to describe this wonderful Tuscan farmhouse. We were lucky enough to stay there in April this year and had a fantastic time. If you are looking for an authentic Tuscan experience - stunning views, delicious food, large pool, lovely towns to visit whilst staying in a beautifully renovated old farmhouse - this is it. We even went home with some Podere Bargnano olive oil from the hosts made from olive trees in the grounds - amazing. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had the most fantastic stay at this lovely Italian villa. Podere Bargnano offers a beautiful, high class ambience in a stunning location. The house itself is decorated and maintained to a very high standard. Everything works, which is not always the case. The owners have done all they can to ensure the most comfortable of stays for their guests. From high quality bed linen and towels to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly want and stunning artwork and decor. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout the house, magnifying mirrors in all the bathrooms, books to be read whilst laying by the pool and an information book filled with lots of local knowledge to make you feel fully at home from Day 1.
The house itself is within walking distance to the village, which has a wonderful Italian laid back charm and magnificent restaurants and bars. We can't wait to book for next year!

A lovely villa set in the picturesque Tuscan countryside. The nearest town (Cetona) is within walking distance, and the train station is a short car journey away which made day trips to cities like Florence so much simpler. I recommend making the most of the Italian supermarkets and the kitchen, trying to the regional pasta, pici, at the restaurant in the town square and spending time by the pool. Overall, it was a great experience and I would love to go back.

We LOVED our stay here. The house itself has lost none of its character whilst being refurbished - it is a stylish home full of interesting objects. We so enjoyed sitting by the HUGE fire when it turned a little chilly in the evenings, having lunch and pre dinner drinks on the generous terrace in the sunshine and watching the table tennis matches which took place every afternoon! The walk into Cetona is easy and Cetona itself is a delightful square with plenty of restaurants and places for a drink.
The bedrooms are very comfortable with lovely cool white cotton linen and super soft towels in the gorgeous newly done bathrooms.
As a group we spent many fun nights around the large dining table chatting and preparing food in the very quaint kitchen, stocked with so many beautiful plates and kitchen paraphernalia, it was really charming an a great way to connect with old friends.
All the rooms have amazing far reaching views of the surrounding countryside which is very green and beautiful. The discreet swimming pool is perfect and a nice place to have a snooze in the sun.
All in all we can't recommend this place enough, quiet and sophisticated alone and great fun when shared with friends or family!
For the record the beds are beautifully made up, everywhere is spotless when you arrive and the owners have tried to think of everything guests would want or need, they have done this very well, it was a perfect stay!!

I had a wonderful stay in this elegant , comfortable house. It has been tastefully renovated by the owner with beautiful marble bathrooms and charming bedrooms and living areas. The views from every window are stunning and we loved the view of the beautiful hilltop town of Cetona from the swimming pool. I will return next year.

Spectacularly situated a stones throw from the history town of Cetona, the house has been furnished with great care and has all the amenities you would expect from a premium Tuscan holiday rental, as well as a pool, ping pong table, brick BBQ and more.

We had a wonderful time staying and will be back as soon as possible.

The house is elegantly furnished with new and luxurious bathrooms.

Beautiful Villa, had an amazing time relaxing by the pool and spending time with friends. Plus great location for walks into town which has lovely restaurants and cafes. Can only hope I get to go again.
