Burberry Outlet

Went to the Mall Firenze - Burberry Outlet on the 26/08/2022. They had such a great range of mostly clothes (but also had bags and accessories). So happy I was able to get a trench coat (have ALWAYS wanted one). The male SA was super helpful in finding my size and even showed me different ways I could do/ button the coat up if I didn’t want to fully buckle it up. He showed how I could tie the belt into a bow at the back (refer to photo) thanks to him, I was able to bring it back home as is. So sad I didn’t get his name to thank him properly on here… he was tall, bold, and gorgeous! So thank you very kindly male SA, your guidance was much appreciated!!

Absolutely magnificent store, much better prices, compared to serravalle outlets, that mostly have fixed 40% discount. A great choice of goods, great staff.

Good outlet with very affordable prices

I purchased a beautiful jacket and 3 skirts, all reasonably priced. Jacket wasn't what I'd call a bargain but I do plan to have it for decades so I'm still happy with it. Store had good variety but you still have to do a little searching for what you want. Staff were SO lovely and helpful. Great shopping experience!

The staff Simone there is super friendly. He was patient to check size and give recommendations for me. Showing me different ways to tie knots. He is super friendly and even recommend a restaurant for us. Thanks for making us feeling special! The jacket and purse there has good price! Highly recommended. You can also do tax free purchase there directly if you pay by credit card. :)

One of my favorite shops at the Mall! Great selection for men and during the sale season I find very good deals!

I was in Burberry Outlet Store last 2nd of October. You might end up queuing because they adhere to only a particular number of people inside the shop at any particular time. By the looks of the interior and how the stocks are laid out and the demeanor of the attendants, it doesn’t feel like an Outlet Store at all. The very kind Filipina lady named VILMA was very responsive with my inquiries. She’s not only knowledgeable about the Burberry stocks, but about Tuscany as a whole. Very impressive customer service indeed! Thank you!
