Great panini, the man who served us is very good at his job and friendly. Made me a panino vegetariano like no other. Don't be afraid to go a bit off-menu. You can also try before you buy.

Amazing wines and staff were excellent, didn't stop tasting till you found the wine you liked!

Girl at the salami samples was awful. While popping in last Sunday, she said to my partner, a certified level 2 WSET wine specialist "Samples are only for people who are planning to buy." This is horrifying and unacceptable: this girl was completely out of line, and incidentally, flat wrong. My partner was there indeed to buy all manner of gourmet products, which we ended up doing at another store! While it is understandable with throngs of tourists streaming in and out of the store that there is some risk of freeloaders, that is the risk a store takes when putting them out; under absolutely no circumstances should a store employee EVER make assumptions like that or talk to a potential customer in that manner.

I realize that this store gets the majority of its business through foot traffic in the high season rather than online reviews, but I implore the manager/owner to speak with this girl regarding this infraction. It is worth noting that indeed we did buy 30 euros of prosciutto at a similar store on the other side of the bridge. They seemed to think we were good enough for their business.

Bought wine in august!!

Had them ship to Canada and paid almost 300 Canadian dollars to ship.

They shipped wrong and could not be let into country.

They never replied to phone calls emails or anything else. Ended not getting wine or money back. I had wine shipped back in hopes of refund and nothing.
This company is a scam don't buy they also have very high prices.

Ended up paying 25.90 EUR for a bottle of extra virgin olive oil.
This is MUCH more expensive than other enotecas in Firenze selling the same product for 15 EUR, not to mention the other cities.
When I went back to ask for a refund, the owner said he couldn't give me a refund because the product had a price tag on it.

Avoid this place. It is a total rip off and should be put out of business!

Bought a wine and realized they charged me 10 euros more. Wine costs 15 and I paid 25 euros. They refused to return it and where calling me names behind my back. Rude staff, not knowledgeable and overpriced. July 24,2016

Rude staff. They told me samples were just for customers "planning to buy" obviously this girl needs some more training on hospitality and elemental business rules...not coming back ; not worth the walk
