Hotel Monte Baldo and Villa Acquarone

This is a truly remarkable place to stay and one of the few hotels who have direct access to the lake with their own wooden pier. Breakfast is served outside whenever possible with lakeside view. The view also isn't hindered by fences or see through glass. It is just there. Great restaurant as well and very friendly staff that works there for years.

We stayed in the villa Acquarone with lakeside view which was just amazing. It doesn't get any better than this.

This truly is a hotel that has it all in a quiet & peaceful location on the lake front, it is spotlessly clean everywhere, amazing food served by lovely friendly staff, a reception team who are like friends from the minute you meet them, kind & caring. The rooms are beautifully furnished with small balconys overlooking the lake. Outside seating is supremely comfortable allowing you the comfort to sit in the sun & enjoy the views. Gardone is a truly wonderful place, Il Vittoriale the home of Gabrielle D'Annunzio is a must see, an amazing experience. I highly reccommend the Monte Baldo Hotel & look forward to returning next year. Thank you to the amazing team who have looked after us so well. X

Superb, great location, food, ambience but most of all the amazing staff. Michael (Michele) is a great fun waiter and always brings a smile to your face. Elizabetta and Davide on reception are so polite, friendly, jolly and helpful. All the staff stand out and we most definitely will return to this fantastic little Hotel.

We have experienced our stay as very pleasant. This is mainly due to the quality of the service. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, who provided us with excellent service in a personal way. After the check-in they also provided a web page with restaurant and activities advise, that was very usefull! Also nice rooms, with a beautiful view and good food.

What a lovely place, so quiet and great location. Excellent service, all staff was fantastic, Melania and Paolo were excellent.

If you fly into Verona Airport, we recommend renting a car, the drive is easy and the rental is right next to the aiport. It was a fantastic decision to rent a car

Very nice hotel with so lovely and polite people working there. They all speak German, Italian and English.

The breakfast has a great selection of
different and fresh stuff like fruits, eggs, croissants etc.

Laying directly on the sea with a nice view is very raw at Lago di Garda.

Only negative thing: some rooms are very loud because it’s Souper close by the street and the breakfast already ends at 10am and the air condition is way too loud, not really a good standard

Great hotel at Lake Garda with pool (albeit not super big for the number of guests) and lake access. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet which can be enjoyed on the terrace with lake view for every table and big and practical rooms, many with a very cute balcony and lake view as well! Overall very good value for money!

My family and I stayed here in October 2022. The location superb, sitting right on gorgeous Lake Garda, the town of Gardone Riviera was charming and romantic, and the people of Hotel Monte Baldo could not have been more kind and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking to visit Lake Garda to stay here. We hope to be back soon.

Lovely hotel located right on the lake with its own private jetty with lots of sun beds. Beautiful views from our balcony. Only 5mins walk from the boat terminal and restaurants. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend.

Sehr freundliches Personal angefangen vom Service bis zum Chef.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber wir haben ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gehabt und es war wunderschön der Blick auf den See.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im Hotel Monte Baldo.
Sehr vorzuheben möchte ich die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals man meint Sie sind nur für uns da.
Das Essen ist sehr köstlich. Es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Mio marito ed io siamo stati in questo incantevole hotel dalla vista magnifica sul lago. Le camere sono di recente ristrutturazione in stile moderno. Sono accoglienti, climatizzate, silenziose (noi alloggiavamo in una vista lago) e dotate di tutti confort tipici di un hotel 4 stelle.
Il personale è gentile, cortese e competente (particolare menzione va al Maitre, persona squisita ed estremamente preparata).
La colazione è internazionale ed abbondante per quantità e varietà; particolarmente buone sono le torte e le confetture “fatte in casa”.
Il ristorante dell’hotel, “Bella vita”, offre due menù: uno per il pranzo, con piatti semplici e “veloci”, ed uno per la cena con piatti più elaborati. Le portate di entrambi i menù sono preparate con cura e con ingredienti di qualità.
In conclusione, il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato impeccabile e torneremo sicuramente in futuro.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel und Restaurant! Die Lage direkt am See mit direktem Seezugang zum Schwimmen, mit ausreichenden Liegen und einem Pool, das äußerst geschmackvolle und sehr saubere Zimmer mit Balkon zum See und vor allem der extrem freundliche Service an der Rezeption und im Restaurant machen zusammen Hotel und Restaurant zu einer der besten Locations, die wir bisher genießen konnten. Ein so aufmerksamer Service mitten in der Hochsaison zeigt die Philosophie des Hauses: der Gast steht hier im Mittelpunkt! Die Küche des Restaurants ist gehobenen und sehr schmackhaft, die Gänge und Weine sind sehr fair kalkuliert. Man sitzt direkt am See. 5 Sterne reichen hier eigentlich nicht aus.

Bellissimo albergo fronte lago, appena ristrutturato con molta cura dei dettagli.
Colazioni e cene servite direttamente sul lago, lettini e ombrelloni a sbalzo sul lago da cui è possibile scendere e fare un ottimo bagno.
Bellissima anche la piscina immersa nel verde.
Dall'albergo è possibile raggiungere con semplicità il Vittoriale e tutto il paese di Gardone.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage direkt am See. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, super Frühstück, welches bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse am See serviert wird. Der perfekte Ort zum entspannen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein traumhaft schönes, familiengeführtes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Haupthaus mit Seeblick und Balkon. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstück sowie Lunch und Abendessen können auf der Terrasse direkt am See genossen werden. Auf den Liegen am Steg kann man sich perfekt erholen und super schwimmen gehen - ein Sprungbrett ins Wasser ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wer sich vegan ernährt, hat es hier etwas schwer. Zum Frühstück gibt es zwar Aufstriche, Sojajoghurt und Hafermilch sowie Müsli und frisches Obst, allerdings ist die Auswahl nach ein paar Tagen einfach nicht die beste (im Vergleich zum restlichen Frühstück). Abends wird es im Restaurant Bella Vita noch schwieriger, da es keine veganen Speisen auf der Karte gibt und es dem Koch leider auch schwer fällt, Pasta mit beispielsweise Öl und Gemüse zu realisieren. In den Lokalen im Ort findet man aber auf jeden Fall etwas veganes zu Essen (bspw. Pizza ohne Käse). Zum Lunch konnte man im Hotel gut die Beilagen essen (gegrilltes Gemüse, Salat, Ofenkartoffeln). Insgesamt für Veganer:innen nicht perfekt, das wunderschöne Hotel ist aber ein so toller Ort und perfekt zur Erholung, sodass ich trotzdem gerne wiederkomme.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, mit direktem Seeblick/Schwimmmöglichkeit im See sowie dem Pool. Besonders das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Das Hotel ist klassisch eingerichtet, gerade die Villa mit den Suiten ist typisch italienisch. Die Anlage sowie die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ruhig. Eine Straße ist direkt angebunden, stört jedoch lautstärke-technisch überhaupt nicht!
Auch in der Nebensaison sind das Hotel Monte Baldo und die Villa Acquarone eine absolute Herzensempfehlung!

Ein wunderschönes, familiengeführtes Hôtel mit dem liebsten Team, das man sich nur vorstellen kann. Ein echtes Paradies direkt am Wasser. Wir kommen seit Jahren und lieben es sehr hier! Die Zimmer sind großzügig, der Blick wunderschön, das Essen sehr lecker, die Menschen hier unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Danke!!!
