We had a small car and price was very fair and included full insurance coverage. Moreover the service from Anthony and Mario was excellent, they explained in detail and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend renting a car from Fly Rent Car! Thank you guys!

A really good car rental place. The staff were friendly, easy to deal with and didn't try to hard sell any extras. Checks to the car were done with me quickly before and after the rental period. Staff had a good level of English, too and were very helpful. You get a better deal here than at the airport and much quicker. I would certainly recommend and will go back there in the future.

We had several issues with our flight to Catania (was diverted to Trapani), but the team at Flyrentcar where abale to manage all of our request and relocate the car for a fair price. I rented a white Fiat Panda diesel for 8 days from Flyrentcar. It all goes smoothly without any problems. We are picked up from the airport on arriving. They brought us to the airport after returning the car to their office. We have taken pictures of the car to record the status of the car and shared the pictures with them. This makes the rental process easy. Nice people and friendly. I guess that because lacking of time, the car is a bit dusty and delivered without washing. We do not mind it. The car is otherwise in good shape and drives well. Many thanks to Simona and her team!

Simona and team really took care of us, many thanks! We made our booking via a rental car website that already included insurance and had no trouble whatsoever. Just keep in mind that Sicilian streets are narrow and often uphill, and the drivers... quite crazy!

Our learning: you won’t see the true amount of gas until you turn on the engine.

Great experience overall! Communication with the agent was done easily, in English. We took a 7 seater, the car was ok, it was kind of an older car not very pretty but for Italy where all the cars seem to take part in some crash challenge every once in a while, the car was ok and more importantly it did its job. A/C running fine. No hidden costs or invented damages.

On the second day, we had a small light indicator in the dashboard, showing that the car is low on oil. Luckily we were just a couple of minutes away from the rental office, dropped by and they immediately threw a bottle of oil in the engine. If you're not lucky enough to have your accommodation 5 minutes away and the car has seen better days, make sure they check the oil prior to your departure, to spare some time visiting them again.

Great place to rent a car. The staff is very helpul and give all the details necessaries. They answered all our question with details as we were scared to not understand everything from the contract. The woman from the staff speaks english and made it very easy for us. We were able to rent a car at last minute after searching in different agencies. Everything was good with the car and even to give it back it was easy.
