Delicious Arancina in Catania! They were really fresh.
The ordering system is a bit hectic because it's so busy in there, make sure you go to the cash register first and order/pay, then your receipt will have a number on it and make sure you're paying attention to the servers as they yell it out when it's your turn.
We ate the food in the opposite park which was lovely.
It's a good casual cheap quick food option in Catania.

Very Italian = excellent cappuccino and cannoli and brioche. Very good value for money and I constantly over eat as all the sweets are so good.

From the moment you walk in, it feels like you're being transported back in time. I love how all the pastries/food is displayed.

We ordered: fagottino 🐷 🧀 🍅 €2,5, brioche 🥐 €1,4, and a colazione 🍩 €1,6 (chocolate filled fried donut).

Honestly, all three items were great. So great I went back the next day and added a cream-filled donut to the mix. It's a bit confusing how to order, but you pay first and then give your receipt to the guys behind the glass.

They did a wonderful job of packaging my good to-go on my second visit. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Great, classical pasticceria, less than 3€ for delicious cornetto full of pistachio cream and espresso. Place was crowdy, so we decided to take the food outside.

A traditional Sicilian bakery with a long history. The huge number of reviews that this place has is not accidental at all. Their traditional Granita made from wild strawberries has once again taken this dessert to another level. It is necessary to take keepin mind that during the exposed hours you will meet a larger number of tourists here and you will be waiting for a table.

Great coffee! Try the cannolo and chippolini. I may be butchering the spelling, but you’ll know what I mean.

Delicious Pasticceria with more than a century history. It was founded in 1897. There are always a lot of people from the opening till closing. Everything is fresh made and yummy. We came here every day during our vacation. We tried delicious arancina, different desserts and cannoli. The owner of the apartment that we rent recommended us to visit this place and we were pleasured. You can taste inside or take away in both ways you will be glad enough.

Hands down best arancini we had during our trip to Sicily. The granita is also excellent. The beautiful square and the base of the park across the street makes for a great atmosphere.

Must visit while in Catania. Really nice vibe. I recommend sitting down and that way you don’t have to get into the crazy line to order at the counters.

If you order at the counters, then you can’t sit there.

The Crema was amazing. It’s like whipped cream coffee. The cannoli was probably the best I’ve ever had.

Arancinis and granita were also awesome.

The best Canolli in Catania. I keep it for a day and it still remained crispy and fresh and next day. You can taste that everything is made fresh and not factory made (which a lot of other restaurants use).

Great breakfast place, we were here two times, tried different things from the menu and everything was excellent.

Recommend pistachio canola and croissant. Cafe fredo great as well.

The staff is nice and quick, recommend to sit outside to fully enjoy the surroundings.

If you are in Catania, you should definitely try canola with pistachios. Better than I some other places! Also another sweet with pistachios-didn’t remember the name-see photo- absolutely delicious!

Best cannolo in Sicily! Crunchy shell with creamy filling, but not too sweet, one piece is good enough for a meal. Their Granita comes in ample of flavours to select, two flavours are allowed per order, their Granita is smooth and not too sweet.

If you're looking for a great place to stop by and savor amazing Italian pastries or have an appetite for Arancini Ragu, look no further than Pasticceria Savia. While the wait can be long due to its fame and popularity, I can guarantee you it's definitely worth the patience. The staff is friendly and speaks English, which is helpful if you're a tourist in the area. So if you have some time to spend and want to try some great Sicilian treats, Pasticceria Savia is definitely a place you should visit!

An institution in Catania, should not be missed. Great selection of sweet and savoury food and snacks. Pay with the cashier and collect your goodies/ have a coffee at the bar with the locals or choose table service looking out onto the Bellini Park. The pistachio pasticcini was fantastic, not too sweet, true pistachio flavour as one could expect being round the corner from Brontë.

Best Arancino ever had, very good location in one of the main road.
Good prices too and speed of service.
