An excellent selection of vegetarian arancini that taste like heaven. Pastries were amazing, too.

Lovely place to eat delicious salty pastries and sweet cakes! We got friendly service even with very low skills in Italian.

Beautiful sweet and savory traditional pastries, (would recommend anything with spinach and ricotta). Friendly and patient customer service, reasonable prices and good covered seating area outside. Limited parking by the shop but plenty of spots down streets a short walk away.

Divine gluten free cannoli. We came back for more and we weren't disappointed. Delicious gluten free arancini and assorted mini cornetti. Worth every bit of our 20min drive to reach the pasticceria. The staff was also very courteous and knowledgeable about the risks of cross contamination which together with the separate kitchen for gluten free items had us feeling very safe and reassured. Our waitress Rosi in particular was most attentive.

During our brief trip to Sicily, me and my wife travelled to Palazzolo Acreide, where we had breakfast and lunch at Corsino. The granitas are delicious, especially when dipping sweet brioches into them (something I never tried with granita before and I was pleasantly surprised). But to top that, the arancini were fantastically delicious. I tried arancini in several other places, but they were clearly and by far the best I've had in Sicily. My favourite one was a local Corsini recipe with pumpkin and smoked cheese, closely followed by the salsiccia one.

People inside work so hard to make people have the best experience for eating , Very good food quality , best destination or food stop for tourists , simply is the best place in palazzolo , i highly recommend it , professional service.

I rustici buonissimi. Il gelato soddisfacente, ma non il migliore che abbia mangiato in vita mia. Prezzi ottimi, considerando il luogo e la storicità del locale. Per i miei genitori è una tappa fissa da decenni, ogni volta che si va a Palazzolo. Per me è la prima volta, ma sono rimasto molto contento.

La pasticceria Corsino è un MUST di Palazzolo Acreide, vi si fermano tutti ma proprio tutti quelli che passano da Palazzolo. Granita e dolci buonissimi, si sentono tutti i sapori degli ingredienti di qualità utilizzati. Inoltre personale cortese e disponibile.

Colazione al volo, ma il cornetto sfogliato alla ricotta non ha eguali.
