Fabrizio is an amazing person who make this place as Home feeling . Very welcoming , all the stuff just fabulous and smily . And the Food is GREAT .

We had a fantastic time at this restaurant. The owner is an absolute gent and we really enjoyed spending a couple hours here. 100% recommend the fish taster menu - really well thought through courses with fantastic ingredients. A real pleasure to find and I'd think about returning to Florence just to visit these guys again.

The best seafood meal I have ever had. We had the full course tasting selection, including the raw items. The range of flavours was sublime — extremely fresh and flavourful. The staff is very warm and helpful. We paired the meal with their recommendation of a Hauner Salina bianco wine — it was a perfect pairing and really enhanced the experience. The salted seabass was a very special way to end the meal before dessert.

A truly good choice for a seafood fan:
high quality, good price-performance ratio. A restaurant you can rely on when searching for an excellent seafood tasting experience. Spaghetti alle vongole - impeccable (which is really hard to find). Good selection of wine.
The service is friendly and not pushy. The ambiente is vivid and nice.

Do book in advance.

And be careful with the toilet (which is only one and in fact not enough for the capacity of the restaurant): the door lock doesn’t function properly and your door can be opened any moment.

We loved everything about this hidden gem, from the super fresh seafood to the absolutely amazing behaviour of the staff, crescendo of which was the owner, who was so warm, welcoming, caring and so true! We were moved by the authenticity of this place❤ thank you for everything and we will be back ✨✨✨

Hands down the best sea food we have had in Italy. Supreme dining experience. Owned by a family, who run it with passion. They hand pick only the best produce and prepare the dishes the healthy old fashioned way. It was an experience to remember. We enjoyed the food and the owners chatted with us about the history of the restaurant and how they run it as a whole through family members . We ordered a 7 meal course and savored every bit of it.
A band played that night and The desert was sublime!

Very good fish restaurant in the center of Florence. We wanted to have a break from the better known Fiorentina so we tried this following the recommendation of a local friend. Extremely satisfying meal! Everything from mixed starters to raw fish to main dishes was excellent. Particular note to the branzino al sale. Juicy and tasty!

Hands down the best meal I’ve ever had. Not just the exceptionally unusual, challenging and yet palatable menu but all the aspects involved in creating a fabulous meal. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was warm, exciting and memorable and the wine we ordered was one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to drink. The food, I should mention, is impeccably sourced and prepared and despite my small budget I managed to enjoy a satisfying meal. I cannot imagine a world where I don’t return, and thank you for letting me sing a song.

Lovely people, lovely food. Best place I ate in Firenze

OUTSTANDING MEAL!! The food is a perfect representation of how great Italian seafood can be. Did it take a while to get our check, yes. Did it take longer for them to take payment after we got the check, yes it took forever. But would we happily ignore the delays to eat their wonderful food and to support a family owned business again? Yes!! Lets all at least recognize in Italy it can take a while to get the check and make payment almost everywhere.....then lets take a deep breath and see the humor in it. In reality none of us are in a rush at 10-11pm at night and perhaps we should learn to relax and enjoy the moment, enjoy the company of our friends and family. Enjoy the Italian experience. I think anyone who doesnt think this place is great doesnt actually understand what great Italian food is, its simple and soulful, it allows the product to speak for itself. Ir doesnt weigh you down with heavy cream sauces and starchy butter based sides or dozens of conflicting flavors This place is a must for anyone wanting amazing seafood and who truly understands what real Italian food is about. Take a look at who is cooking the food in the kitchen, this is someones mother, grandmother cooking the food and this makes it so much more special for me.

We love going with friends to this amazing restaurant - it’s hard to find such good seafood in Florence which is famous for its Fiorentina steaks and hearty cuisine - instead here you’ll find the perfect seafood dishes like the main dish with salt cooked tender fish to share and homemade pastas with delicate clams or calamari. Together with the live music on the weekend makes this the perfect night out. It’s a little loud because of the great music played live but that’s the fun part of this fun family run environment. Reserve at least a week in advance because it’s hard to book.

This was the best experience we had in Florence. The staff was amazing and the food was wonderful and unique, not to mention very delicious.

Really nice restaurant. I took my dog here and the waitors are really friendly!
