Very good hotel to stay in. We stayed for 1 nigth on our way to Livigno and we are very satisfied with the hotel.

A really excellent experience had by both me and my partner! Don’t let the distance from the city phase you, they run quite a regular shuttle service. Just make sure you book 24hrs in advance with the lovely staff! The room was incredibly tidy and an great size, would definitely stay again!!

Excellent service, really pet-friendly (pet fee was super cheap), room was clean and big, huge parking space (free), location is easy to find and is just a short drive from the center of Verona. And the best part is the variety of food during breakfast! Everything was delicious! Will definitely go back!

Kind of far outside but u can buy some great gifts/grocery at the mall next to it (recommended by reception) if you are not an Italian.

We stayed @ BWH Verona for 4 nights celebrating our 13yr Wedding Anniversary, the staff were so helpful going above and beyond to ensure our stay was 💯.,The free shuttle was amazing always on time and the rooms were spacious and clean will definitely recommend it.

As Tina Turner once said ".Simply the best." This is a 4 star hotel on what is really an industrial estate.But despite the unusual location it has so much to offer.The hotel is 4 miles from the airport and roughly the same distance to Verona town centre. The rooms first. You get a massive room with a very comfortable bed a fridge a safe lots of storage space all set off by a chestnut style furniture . Great walk in shower lots of soaps and nice smellys. The breakfast is super. Bacon and eggs,toast,lots of cereals and excellent coffee plus fruit and an array cakes.There is cracking gym also.
The staff are brilliant. Nothing was to much bother. They arranged the shuttle buses both to Verona and back in many cases.Its between €15 to €20 if you make your own way.Regarding eating out there is commercial shopping outlet about 5 to 10 minutes walk which even has a McDonald's in there.The love caffe restaurant by the main entrance offered great food at reasonable prices.There is a massive supermarket in the precinct to stock up with your water, booze and other needs.The Hotel is a fantastic base to visit Verona and Lake Garda which is only a 15 minute train trip away.Very well worth a visit to both.

We booked it lastminute and it was very worthy! Although it is far from the city center, they have a shuttle bus available for the guests for free, which was perfect for us that we did a short city center visit. They also have a big parking lot available. The room was clean and with everything that anyone could need plus the food and drinks in the minibar for free! There is even a desk with a computer dock. The toilet has a hair dryer, shampoo, body lotion, etc. The breakfast for 4€ is quite ok, it is a buffet with juices, teas, coffee, fruit, sweets, toasts, eggs etc. The service is impeccable!

Friendly and helpful staff who greets you with a smile. The flow and execution of service here is very smooth and efficient. Felt like a valued guest. Restaurant's food is good, but service is average due to the large amount of tour groups eating at the same time.

Complementary shuttle service to and from downtown was a great plus.

First class Hotel in neighborhood of Verona. Rooms are very elegant and luminous, well cleaned and roomy. Employees are very professional and nice. Free pay tv in all the rooms, amazing breakfast and a delicious restaurant open for dinner. The fitness room is free, a real plus. Located near the highway is s little far from city center, but the Hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the center. However there's a new mall only 5 minutes walking from the Hotel with multiplex cinema, restaurants, shops and supermarket. Definitely the choice number 1 for a stay in Verona.

Good access to the Verona fair ground by car (10 minutes) and next to the motorway Milano - Venezia.

Very enjoyable stay. Relatively easy to find the hotel. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Huge window gives plenty of light. Wifi is excellent.

We're very happy to be upgraded to a junior suite when we had booked only a king size bed bedroom. The free shuttle to the city center was very convenient and the open buffet breakfast was good quality.
