We recently booked a room at Hotel Villa Casanova for a family of three (a family with a young child!) and it was their favorite part of their 10 day vacation to Italy. This is a great place for folks looking for more space and excellent for families to explore a quieter side of Italy while still being close to towns like Lucca and Pisa. Michaela and her team were wonderful and communicated well with us to ensure our family had a great stay.

Stunning property which comprises of 14 suites of ample size, deliciously furnished. Amazing bathrooms. The hotel is run by an enthusiastic team who go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. I absolutely loved my 3 days here. Would I stay again? You bet I would.

An incredible place that restored my faith in the area.

We moved to this hotel after staying at a truly terrible (5 star?) hotel near Lucca. This place was like a dream in comparison. Friendly, welcoming, relaxing and views of the beautiful countryside. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

This Hotel or rather Villa is a truly paradise......we enjoyed the stay and the 4 days here was like 14 days of holiday. Really a small perl in the middle of the Lucca Tuscan area.
Very kindly employees that are the if anything needed.

We recently got back and all I can say is "WOW". Michela and her staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and very welcoming. The food was fantastic and the room was the best room we had on our 10 day Italian vacation.

Albergo Villa Casanova is a gem!!
We were more than pleasantly surprised bij the exceptional friendly and welcoming staff in a superbe setting. The Albergo has 14 very spacious beautiful rooms with equally beautiful views over the valley which is covered with woodlands. There is a swimming pool and tennis court both very well positioned. All materials used during the renovation are of top quality and the interior has been done in a very good taste. We felt treated as coming home in our own tuscan estate.
Last but not least because of the excellent cooking of the chef who is more than willing to prepare your favorite pasta and comes up with surprising dishes. We will be back soon!!

Most romantic place we stayed during our trip I Italy. The rooms are more like 1br apartments. Very intimate and with great views.

Great place to be. Super accomodation with really Nice people. Breakfast is personal and fresh. The pool excellent for relaxing and the location without stress. TOP.

Amazing hotel. Each room is a suite with a huge bathroom and bedroom. Staff are lovely and helpful, pool and tennis courts are amazing.

Very nice place

Struttura incantevole per posizione, eleganza, comodità, cura nei dettagli.
La stanza era pulita, ampia, con una doccia enorme e una bella vasca.
Giardino profumato di fiori con vista mozzafiato e bella piscina.
Il personale è stato gentile e competente. Era il compleanno della mia compagna e hanno fatto di tutto per renderlo speciale.
Ci torneremo sicuramente

La struttura è immersa nella natura e questo le conferisce un'atmosfera unica. Siamo stati accolti in maniera impeccabile, ci è stato offerto un piccolo aperitivo di ben venuto molto gradito. Il giorno successivo abbiamo visitato la bellissima Lucca, città incantevole e caratteristica. La cena in Hotel è stata semplicemente spettacolare! Tutto ben organizzato. Torneremo sicuramente in questo posto magnifico!

Ci sono stato circa 20 anni fa con bambina piccola. La stanza con il palchetto era una favola. Non ricordavo il nome
e vi ho ritrovato in una vecchia guida in cantina con il segno a matita sul bordo. Ricordo le passeggiate vicino in mezzo ai boschi. Sono contento che abbiate migliorato ancora il vostro punteggio. Ricordo una cena con una ribollita che mi aveva estasiato.

Posto da favola!!! Stanze ampie, ben servite, accessoriate, silenziose ed estremamente pulite.
Colazione strepitosa e ristorante ottimo. Ampia scelta di vini da gustare a bordo della piscina a sfioro sulla vallata Toscana. Un incanto!!! D’ estate e di inverno.
