Hotel NH Bologna Villanova

Room were clean and workers were generally nice. Location is very inconvenient since it’s super far from the city, but there is a mall next to the hotel of walking distance so you can stop by there to get food or anything else. Overall, it was nice but still kinda pricy for being in the middle of nowhere

Such a great hotel! All of the staff was accommodating and the room was really spacious. They made sure to go out of their way with cleanliness. Another thing that I absolutely loved was the walk-in closet! The only unfortunate thing was that the pool was closed when we went there but it’s okay since we were out exploring. One point of improvement is to have an area where guests can use a PC. I had trouble checking in for my flight and there was nowhere to find a PC to check in.

I was here for 4 night as I had a surgery in a near hospital. There is a shopping centre right at the back of the hotel which it is very handy as it litterally is on a walking distance. Room clean, food at the restaurant was very nice and the staff very helpful and polite.
A big shout out for Agnese and Tamara who went the extra mile and get me some ice for 2 days post surgery!
If in Bologna again I would definitely book here again. Grazie!

NH Hotel is the most frequently used chain hotel when traveling to Europe.
This is because it is a good value hotel with friendly and excellent service from well-trained staff. During my two-month trip to Europe, I stayed at the NH Bologna Villanova Hotel in Italy for 3 days and 2 nights from October 4th to 6th. As soon as I checked in, my wife was bitten by a mosquito in her room, so I asked the reception staff and they immediately replaced me with a new room. As soon as I entered the room, I was bitten by a mosquito and was embarrassed, but the staff's prompt action calmed my mind. Although it is located a 30-minute drive from the center of Bologna's old town, there is a large shopping mall and various new restaurants around the hotel, and it is a quiet and secluded place, so it is a really convenient place to relax and relax, so I was satisfied, but on the third day when I checked out, I went to Laundry. In the process of checking the wedding gown that had been entrusted with service, I discovered that the wedding gown had been severely deformed due to the laundry service company's carelessness. I complained to the staff, and the staff told me that if I sent a photo via email, they would forward it to the hotel manager and take action. So, trusting NH Hotel's service and staff, I checked out and departed for my next destination. Afterwards, I requested compensation via email along with photos, and the hotel manager responded directly and kindly guided me through the processing process, ultimately providing full compensation. A few years ago, at the NH Hotel in Genoa, Italy, there was a mistake in assigning the wrong room, but it was handled quickly and kindly, so I was satisfied with the kindness and service of the NH Hotel staff. This time, they also handled it kindly and quickly in line with NH Hotel's reputation. We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel manager MICHELE BARINI and his staff. Although it was not NH Hotel's direct fault and it was the laundry service company's mistake, I am very grateful that the hotel proactively took care of it. Of course, I got married in Paris wearing a modified wedding dress, but I am satisfied with NH Hotel's kindness and service. I will continue to love NH Hotel in the future. We hope for NH Hotel’s everlasting development.

This was our first time at NH Bologna and of course it was fabulous just like all other NH Hotels. Friendly staff at checkin, great safe parking area, clean comfortable rooms, great breakfast. Everything was top class just like always with NH hotels.

Everything about the hotel was great.
The location is a short 9 min hwy trip to the city.
The double room was super comfortable with a fridge and a dining table for two.
The restaurant is closed on the weekends which was a bummer but thankfully the staff/front desk was kind enough to order me a Pizza from a nearby restaurant (I don't speak Italian so they offered to order for me).
This hotel is "pet friendly" with a fee. I think the pet fee is a bit too much (25 euros/night) because the room itself was 54 euros/night.
Covered parking is also available for 5 euros/night.
Overall great experience and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Cozy rooms, bestest breakfast spread with all different varities. Only their room locks were a real pain. The keys cards had issues opening the doors. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet is the biggest highest.

It was my first time to Italy for business trip. I felt here like my home. It’s so comfortable inside and the bed as well. The breakfast is so delicious they will serve you very well. It offers a lot of food which will bring you the energy you need for your working.👍👍👍

Amazing hotel and service, highly recommended. We arrived late without a reservation and found a beautiful 3bed room very spacious with a lovely view and facilities. Breakfast is big with a great variety!

Everything perfect. The room was very clean and the staff really friendly and willing to help for anything you need. Also, very good continental breakfast.

We stayed here because of the pool. Very few hotels in Bologna had a pool and this was a reasonable price and easy enough to get to the airport after. We also spent a couple hours at the mall down the street. Staff and breakfast were great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room was as expected. Good breakfast and people very friendly. But to visit the city you need a car or by taxi.

About 20 minutes distance from Bologna but worth it. Excellent value for money.

Very good hotel with huge conference facilities. Hotel offers an amazing buffet breakfat with accomodating staff. The service provided is outstanding. Facilities are modern and the pool is a good place to relax. Super raccomanded.

Amazing hotel, cheap and with an impressive breakfast. A bit far from the center, optimal if you have a car. Parking is huge and there's many places to eat or drink nearby (with car).

I have been to 5* hotels that lacked the service this hotel has.
Alessandra and Roberto in FO were both great and the hotel felt like someone actually cared.

Very nice hotel, it's quite far from town but because of this it was empty. We were the only 2 in the swimming pool for 2 hours. Maybe it gets busier in summer
