Nice supermarket especially for food: Good quality at good price. There is a good wine department, with a good quantity of good quality alternatives.
As regards the technology department, there is little ... this is the sore point of the supermarket.
The parking lot is sufficiently large, so there is almost no difficulty in finding a place easily.
The shopping carts are good as they have been recently renovated.

I just enjoyed a pizza. Good place.

One of the best Esselunga's I have ever seen, reliable personal and cheap prises

After being in Bologna for six months, I can say that this is a supermarket you can rely on for your everyday needs.
Despite it being sometimes a bit pricey, all the Esselunga and Smart products are excellent both in terms of raw quality and final price - if you stick to them you'll be surprised of how many things you can buy for the buck.
Moreover, they have gluten-free sushi everyday!
Gluten-free corner: they have a good range of products both dedicated to the gluten-intolerants and everyday groceries - but I always suggest you double-check first as sometimes even the products you would never think of containing gluten they might have!
In conclusion, you might buy things at other stores and that's okay - I do it too -, but I'm strongly recommend you check it out. You'll never regret it!

Cheap groceries and processed and unprocessed food available here , especially great discounts available on "smart" labelled Esselunga special items, good place for shopping groceries and household items.

A bit expensive but very modern and super clean. Highly recommended

What ever required for our daily life basic needs will be available here. Very big store and we can get all the things......
