We had pizza and drinks, and they were amazing. Light, crunchy and full of flavour. We'll be back for sure.

About an hour from Rome/FCO.
We were there as a small group for an auto racing event nearby. We ate here almost every night. Laura and Walter were great hosts to us. The food and pricing were excellent. Highly recommend the focaccia appetizer. The Caprese was my favorite appetizer. Hard to pick one main as they were all so good. The meatball dish was a favorite as was the steak dinner. I also enjoyed the La Balon salad and ate 2 different pizzas also.
Definitely recommend this restaurant when you are in the area and the hosts also are very welcoming to English speaking guests. Walter is a sommelier and has wonderful wines to recommend for dinner to suit everyone’s budget. Can’t wait for my next trip to Rome to revisit my new friends here.

Perhaps the best hamburger I ever had, and I'm a true hamburger critic😎 the patty is home made out of the same dough that is used for pinsa romana, a kind of pizza that is still being developed to perfection since the Roman ages. Also sold here actually. Google it if you got curious😉
The burger was nicely seasoned and grilled to perfection, very subtle but strong in flavour. Not greasy at all, but still absolutely moist and tender.
A slice of tomato and some lettuce is all that was added, but the combination of flavours didn't need anything else. The setting of the restaurant is awesome, with lake view and a boulevard alongside.
Really friendly staff, informal, but well attended.

The pinse romano is the best pizza style food I have ever eaten. The dough is made from three types of flour and is wonderful. Highly recommended.

Table on the lake "balcony" (see pictures). Quiet, idyllic and we tried the "Pinsa Romana", similar to pizza. Very nice!

Locale con dehor sul lago che già da solo ristora chi cerca un luogo rilassante, a questo si aggiungono le loro pinse, ottime sia per la qualità dell’impasto che del condimento. Personale gentile e disponibile anche se il locale è pieno. Consiglio il cocktail Hugo davvero ben fatto con un ingrediente innovativo che gli conferisce un gusto nuovo e fresco. Torneremo con piacere.

Fin dall'arrivo, siamo stati accolti con calore e gentilezza. La loro professionalità e la loro passione per il servizio ci hanno subito messi a nostro agio. Siamo stati fortunati a poter gustare la nostra cena all'aperto, con una vista mozzafiato sul lago.
Il team di assistenti di sala è stato una guida impeccabile attraverso il menu, consigliandoci con competenza e suggerendo piatti e vino che si sono rivelati veri capolavori gastronomici. La loro premura e attenzione ai dettagli hanno reso l'esperienza ancor più speciale.
Una delle sorprese più memorabili è stata la proposta di Stefano, il nostro assistente di sala, alla fine della serata: un tortino di verdure con provola affumicata preparato con cura e presentato con eleganza. Questo piatto si è rivelato un'autentica esplosione di sapori, che ha dimostrato la maestria culinaria in cucina. È stato un tocco finale perfetto per una cena già straordinaria.

È un posto veramente figo dove godersi una buona svizzera o altrimenti una pinsa romana. La birra rossa anche disponibile e buona.

Siamo stati in questo locale con tutta la famiglia e siamo stati davvero bene. Location fantastica sul lago, servizio veloce ed impeccabile.
Abbio mangiato in modo meraviglioso, mia figlia ha preso una tagliata davvero buona.
