Quality of food was superb. We needed both gluten-free pastries, and regular ones. Everything was so tasty and fresh- not too sweet, not boring in terms of flavors and options, and generous in terms of fillings. The gluten free (sweet and savory) was a real treat. Usually GF pastries tend to be oily, but these were not oily at all - just plain excellent.
The place looks a bit simple, but that is part of the charm- not a fancy touristy place, just a place that relies on the quality food, and down to earth service: very patient and extremely nice.

Very inexpensive, kind service, great selection of sweet/savory and gluten/gluten free pastries. I was impressed that they listed the ingredients of each item.

I had a tasty whole wheat croissant with a jam filling.

Fantastic bakery and bar with a variety of gluten free pastries. I was so happy to find this place since Siracusa isn’t the easiest place to be for a month if you can’t eat wheat.

A blessing for a gluten-free people of Syracuse and any such visitor. They typically have a good selection of gluten free baked goods - both sweet, plain and filled with cheese and ham. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gluten free stuff is in its own area. Highly recommend for a quick lunch before a trip or just to take a bite to a beach.

Trovandomi a Siracusa per svago, incuriosito dalle recensioni siamo andati di proposito al Bar Milano, abbiamo provato la colazione con la mia famiglia, tutto buono ma la cosa fantastica che si trova di tutto senza glutine , sia dolce che salato, mia figlia celiaca ha gradito moltissimo.

Il primo bar attrezzato per i celiaci e intolleranti al lattosio, iscritti all'AIC, che trovo dopo 27 anni. Finalmente posso sedermi ad un tavolino come tutti e mangiare tavola calda, pane, colazione o brioche con granita, tutto buonissimo! Soprattutto personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridenti!

Una figata pazzesca. Essere celiaca in questo magico posto stranamente non è un ostacolo, il proprietario gentilissimo e super empatico. Una sera girando per Siracusa con il mio ragazzo ci imbattiamo in questo bar perché lo trovo segnalato come "gluten free", il proprietario stava chiudendo prima perché aveva finito tutto ma in modo super gentile si offre di cucinarmi qualcosa al volo e come se ci conoscessimo da una vita ci accoglie. Sono poi tornata qualche giorno dopo per assaggiare le sue prelibatezze trovando una gentilissima Signora, la madre del proprietario e per fortuna che sono tornata perché ho mangiato l'arancino più buono che avessi mai assaggiato, per non parlare dei dolci che sono assolutamente strepitosi. Non vedo l'ora di tornare a Siracusa.

Siamo entrati in questo bar per delle colazioni gluten free e abbiamo trovato tanti pezzi sia dolci che salati ottimi, cortesia e gentilezza
