La Chiesa Madre è una delle costruzioni più antiche di Santo Stefano Quisquina: infatti fu fondata ben 500 anni fa da Federico Chiaramonte. In questo periodo è in corso uno restauro della Chiesa. Nonostante da fuori non mostri così tanta bellezza, l'interno è abbastanza ricco e decorato. Consiglio a tutti la visita di questa Chiesa.

Vedendola da fuori non ti aspetteresti che sia così bella dentro. Contiene anche tele che narrano la vita di San Giacinto Giordano Ansalone, martire del Giappone. Chiesa restaurata molto decorosamente
