What a great place to stay. Would recommend it anytime. The boys who manage the bookings are two brothers, super nice and helpful. Rooms are clean, WiFi works, comfortable, location is great with a view to the lake including a beach entrance. They even have bikes to use without extra pay. We had a huge room with an extra couch and balcony. Free coffee, tee, chairs and table to sit on the balcony. They got a terrace where you can suntan with beach chairs. They also have chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach without charge. One of the boys took us into town when he saw us leaving to walk down. Super nice people, the walk back from the town is a short 10 minute. I would definitely come back here. It was beautiful, close to the little city and ferry. If you plan on going to lake como this place should be where you stay.

We have just stayed in this lovely B&B for 5 nights and it's been absolutely wonderful! We had a large room with outside terrace which would comfortably seat 4 adults. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The host Luca picked us up from Bellano train station, and was extremely helpful by answering lots of sight seeing questions throughout our stay. The location is perfect, 15 minute walk into the centre of Bellano where you can then catch a train to Varenna about a 4 minute ride away. There is also a ferry stop in the centre of Bellano which can take you to Bellagio, Menaggio and other lake towns. Breakfast was great with different options every morning (including freshly baked cakes made by Luca's mum!) There is a beach literally 1 minute away from the guest house where you can swim in Lake Como. The guest house provides deck chairs and sun umbrella's too. We would certainly recommend this B&B it's great value for money and would suit anyone looking to enjoy peace and tranquility in Lake Como!

Very cute, clean, and comfy family run bed and breakfast. Breakfast was good with fresh omelets made to order. View of the lake was from the side, but still very nice. Small beach directly across the street from the place. Parking on site. Would stay here again.

Great location at Lake Como, with a very friendly host. Breakfast was great with lots of home made cakes and tartes which we could eat on the roof terrace with a great view. The rooms were very clean. Only downside was the noise of the cars on the road at night.

Modern recent renovated appartements with great view on lake Como. Only 1 minute walk to the lake. Breakfast and host are super.

Great B&B. Cross the road and you’re on a beautiful beach with a beautiful view on Lago di Como. Friendly owner/staff. Sunny terrace on top of the building of the B&B. Would definitely recommend this.

I recommend this place , very clean , pleasant surroundings , I will definitely come back here again . close to the beach and restaurants, about 10 minutes on foot.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare Bellano e le città limitrofe, come Varenna e Dervio. Dispone di parcheggi su prenotazione piccoli, ma funzionali. Al nostro arrivo il personale si è mostrato accogliente e disponibile. Le camere erano confortevoli e funzionali.

Sul lago di Como, in un paesino tranquillo, una piccola struttura per sentirsi come a casa e l'accoglienza di Giovanni e Luca top, sempre disponibili. La camera bella luminosa, pulitissima.
Il centro paese è a dieci minuti a piedi o a due in macchina.

Séjour parfait dans ce B&B à 10min à pied du centre ville de Bellano.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, la vue sur le lac est imprenable.
Mention spéciale pour l’accueil effectué par le gérant. Aux petits soins pour ses clients il prend du temps pour expliquer toutes les activités aux alentours, pour recommander des bars et restaurants, pour faire visiter les lieux…

Weekend perfetto. La camera è dotata di ogni comfort con vista parziale sul lago. Camere insonorizzate e mini frigo bar con acqua gratuita. La struttura è provvista di un terrazzo dove la mattina si può fare colazione (abbondante) godendosi la vista di tutto il lago.La cortesia del proprietario Luca ha completato un weekend perfetto. Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia ragazza per un fine settimana di relax..
Ne siamo usciti molto soddisfatti!
Location incredibile con parcheggio in loco e terrazza a vista lago..
Colazione davvero ottima!
E avevamo anche a disposizione biciclette per esplorare i dintorni e sdraio per prendere il sole.
Il proprietario Luca è stata una persona davvero molto gentile e disponibile.

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Accoglienza ottima, gentilezza, cortesia e disponibilità da parte del proprietario e del personale. Camera e bagno ampi, arredati con cura e dotati di ogni comfort, pulizia impeccabile. Balcone vista lago dove, volendo, si può anche mangiare cullati dal suono del ruscello e dal canto degli uccellini. La colazione dolce o salata è abbondante ed eccellente, viene servita su comodi vassoi e la si può consumare su una grande terrazza panoramica. È situato proprio di fronte alla spiaggia ed è provvisto di parcheggio gratuito in loco. Lettini e biciclette a disposizione. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Splendido B&B, con vista lago e lo scroscio di una cascatella d'acqua che ti sembra di essere fuori dal mondo, in pieno relax. Di fronte c'è una spiaggetta libera davvero carina. Le camere sono dotate di ogni comfort e la colazione che ti prepara Luca il quale ti accoglie calorosamente con cordialità e simpatia è eccellente con prodotti di ottima qualità dove puoi consumarla in terrazza panoramica. Da ritornarci.

Agréablement surpris par le cadre en face du lac de Côme. La chambre a accueilli aisément les parents et deux enfants avec un balcon avec vue sur le lac. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour atteindre une petite plage avec transats prêtés par le propriétaire. Le propriétaire ne parle pas français mais il est a l'écoute de vos besoins.
La villa se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture de Varennes.

super motivierter und engagierter Gastgeber. Zimmer top sauber. einzig beim frühstück kann man noch bissl optimieren- aber für den Preis alles seeehr in ordnung. Es gibt Räder und liegen für den Strand zum gratis ausleihen. Der Strand ist super nahe (nur über die Straße). In die Stadt kommt man gemütlich per Rad. Wir würden das wieder nehmen.
