This place is a true gem! Riccardo takes excellent care for his guests- from check in to check out! Perfect location- on a walking distance to the lake and many restaurants and tasty breakfast is offered in the morning. Rooms are very cozy and look like on the pictures from the website. We will come back again, thank you :)

This place is a must! Breakfast was cooked in front of us, it was delicious with many options! The room is great! We loved our stay! Its also close to the train station and they provide you maps and any information you may need. Great spot on lago di como

Recomanded from the bottom of my heart,you will no regret,all important and wonderful places to see it's near of this great House,quiet place with beautiful and nice quess... Hospitality and services is on high quality standard...all the best from here ,and do not esitate to visit this greatest poet house is so romantic !!!

In a few words our stay was excellent. Eugenio was waiting to meet us on the road leading to the property and helped us with our luggage right from the start. From then onwards he was always ready to help out with everything we asked for . . . I can sum it all up in one sentence (actually a quote written on the entrance to the same guesthouse - just opposite the front door) "We went in as guests and came out as ftiends" - How very true!

A great find in the town of Dervio in beautiful Como. Ernesto was the perfect host and really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Genuine Italian hospitality at it's best at a very reasonable price

Fantastic hosts, great breakfasts and a beautiful location. He room was clean and tidy and the owners were on hand to help out with questions about the local area and provide ideas of what to do each day.

Super nice and kind owners, great atmosphere and service.
On top of that, breakfasts are great, rooms are clean and the place is bike friendly :)

Gestori gentilissimi, accomodanti e moderni (utilizzano self check-in, whatsapp, hanno chiesto se avevamo intolleranze o preferenze alimentari e hanno saputo servire una bella colazione sana e nutriente ad un vegano come me).
Camera pulita, bella e accogliente con spazi piccoli ma ben sfruttati. Presenti un bollitore per farsi il thè o pasti istantanei, l'asciugacapelli, prese di corrente, cuffie per la doccia, sapone e sciampo monouso, frigorifero nella sala comune...
Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il Lago, la stazione e supermercati.

Io e i miei amici abbiamo alloggiato qua in occasione del sentiero dei viandanti. Decisamente il migliore alloggio incontrato. Il b&b è molto carino. Avevamo una stanza stretta, ma in 8 era difficile trovare soluzioni diverse, ne eravamo consapevoli. Ma quello che ci ha colpito di più è stata l'accoglienza ricevuta, la correttezza riscontrata (purtroppo tutt'altro che scontata in questa zona, soprattutto per chi riceve camminatori), la cura nella colazione e la disponibilità nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze!

Ho pernottato per una notte in questa struttura come base del sentiero del viandante con il mio cane. Purtroppo ci siamo imbattuti in un fronte temporalesco in cammino che ci ha messo a dura prova. L’oste Riccardo si è dimostrato molto disponibile, fornendomi un’asciugamano per asciugare il mio cane, crocchette e lettino per lei, e un pasto caldo (ottima bolognese) per entrambi. Un servizio impeccabile. Riccardo è un ragazzo giovane, con tanti interessi ed ambizioni. È stato piacevole chiacchierare con lui a cena e a colazione. Si dedica molto agli ospiti e ai loro bisogni. Raccomanderei la struttura se siete alla ricerca di un posto centrale, a conduzione familiare e semplice. La stanza, tuttavia, per quanto confortevole ha l’unico neo di avere la doccia non separata dal bagno cosa che la rende un po’ scomoda ma la posizione del B&B unito alla disponibilità dell’oste compensa ampiamente questa scomodità. Lo consiglierei certamente! E’ stata un’ottima base per il sentiero del viandante anche con cane al seguito.

Bomboniera gestita da personale giovane ed entusiasta. Colazione dolce e salata che soddisfa ogni esigenza, camera piccola ma arredata con gusto, bagno basic. Molto comodo per chi percorre il Sentiero del viandante. Lo consiglio

Tudo deliciosa e simples, como se estivéssemos na casa das nossas avós!!
Mas o melhor de tudo foi a atenção carinhosa e amigável do Ricardo, que começou a nos orientar ainda antes da nossa chegada. Tendo o cuidado de nos enviar os horários dos transportes para que chegássemos bem ao nosso destino!!

Etwas verstecktes B&B in Dervio,10min Fußweg vom Lago di Como. Im Vergleich zu anderen Orten am See ist es hier nicht allzu touristisch, vergleichweise ruhig. Parken problemlos mit einer vom Besitzer ausgegebenen Parkkarte. Wir verbrachten 5 Nächte hier. Zimmer mit Ventilator. Restaurants in wenigen Minuten Entfernung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch sehr bemüht,was das Frühstück angeht (man bekommt,was man gerne möchte). Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Dies ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Mann wird freundlich empfangen. Das frühstücken ist sehr gemütlich und auch gut. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Hier kann man so richtig Ferien geniessen. Die Unterkunft liegt nicht weit vom See entfernt, zu Fuss in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Diese Unterkunft ist eine Empfehlung wert. Komme jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Ottima esperienza, stanza pulita, ordinata e molto accogliente. C'è tutto per un ottimo soggiorno. La signora Filomena alla colazione estremamente disponibile e gentile. Ambiente famigliare. Consigliato

B&B molto particolare, in cui si respira un atmosfera carica di arte. Tutti i locali con ottima pulizia. Accoglienza gentile e simpatica. Buona colazione con dolce e salato. Stanze a tema veramente curate nei dettagli. Buonissimo rapporto qualita/prezzo. La casa non è raggiungibile in macchina ma dispone di un parcheggio riservato c/o la pizzeria oasi che si trova nelle vicinanze. È vicino a tutti negozi e con una breve camminata si raggiunge il lungo lago. Esperienza molto positiva

Siamo stati due notti in questa struttura, gestita con cura e amore dai proprietari. Nonostante il brutto tempo ci hanno consigliato e guidato nelle attività da fare e luoghi da poter visitare. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Grazie Angela e Andrea

Dieses B&B ist zu empfehlen. Nette Inhaber, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Die Betten wurden jeden Tag gemacht und das Bad gereinigt was bei einem B&B nicht selbstverständlich ist. Komme bestimmt wieder. 👍👍👍

Grande disponibilità dei gestori, dal self check-in alle indicazioni escursionistiche fino all'uso della stampante.
Camera ampia, tranquilla, confortevole e chic, dotata di tutto.
Colazione varia e abbondante, in un ambiente accogliente e familiare, grazie alla spumeggiante Lisa.
Eccellente in tutto, compreso il rapporto qualità-prezzo (64,80 € a notte)
