The food is amazing, I missed “chawan” for Yakimeshi and the udon is dry, not as a soup like the original.
I advice to visit the IKO.

Wow. This place is incredible. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Some of the best sushi I have ever had. They have an extensive menu with a wide range of delicious and creative rolls. The outdoor setting was a delightful surprise given the location. We had an incredible dinner!

This was some of the best sushi we have had anywhere in the world. On top of that, the outdoor seating was an exceptionally pleasing oasis, and the staff was wonderful. Very highly recommended!

Good sushi restaurant incl. the dragon roll and crab roll… the taste is authentic and many variety for fusion sushi and traditional sushi/sashimi. Friendly restaurants for the family and kids. Friendly staffs as well.

My favourite sushi place in Bologna! Me and my boyfriend have been there+10 times and it has been always a positive experience ! Sushi is not only fresh but it’s delicious! Its not ‚all you can eat’ tyle of place therefore prices are up to their standards. The Lady who is a Manager is super nice and polite and always chat with guests to make sure everyone is being served well. P.s Thanks to all staff for providing water to our 🐶 each time we seat outside. Arigatō ☺

I was surprised to find such a gem hidden behind a McDonald's and an auto shop. Be aware that if you want to sit at the conveyor belt, you'll need to make reservations for it specifically. We sat at a table and you are able to stand up and get items from the conveyor belt if you want. We ate mostly rolls and each one was fantastic. Highly recommended. It's good Japanese fusion. Try the beef roll if you're curious about it. The crowd is mostly local, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
