Great shopping experience

The outlet mall offers a fantastic shopping experience with a wide variety of shops, including designers and luxury brands. Located just an hour from Milan, the journey is smooth and easy, making it a convenient destination for a day of shopping. Additionally, having a tax refund office inside the mall adds to the convenience and overall appeal of this shopping destination.

Although the place is far from Milan, there is a direct bus tour from Milano Centrale. The ticket for the trip costs €25, and the bus departs at 09:00, arriving at 11:00. This gives you ample time to explore all the shops there. Please note the time schedule for the ticket; if your return ticket is for 16:15, you should be at the bus by that time, or else you will need to purchase a flexible ticket for an additional €5 and wait until the next hour to return to Milan. During my visit, not many shops were having sales, but the prices were reasonable, and the workers welcomed everyone with a smile. My advice is to go there on weekdays when it’s less crowded, making it easier to shop. The prices for food in the area are not very cheap but are acceptable. Anyway, I would like to visit again during the festive or sales seasons

Great place for shopping both luxury & designer brands! This place has a nice mix for all budgets, overall a great place to spend the day shopping. The tax refund office is also conveniently located here. This outlet is about 3.5 hours from Firenze by car & if you plan to take a trip to Milan, include this outlet mall in your route, it’s definitely worth the visit!

One of the best Designer outlet malls I visited! Great collections, many stores, sometimes prices are still unreasonable, yet it is possible to find something good!

It's my 2nd time to visit this Outlet, there are a lots of nice brands. Worth to go shopping, but it’s far from Milan. For overseas tourists, it takes time to get the bus here..

When in search of designer brands (Gucci, Prada, Armani) or discounts on my favorites (Coach, Nike, Levis Tommy H.), I go here. Prices in Milan city center exceed my budget but I will always find something here. It's also near some nice vinyards. A good day trip from Milan or when traveling to Piedmont region.

If you want to hunt designer goods with a good bargain, this is the place. Its not offer new arrival product, but some of the product still a steal deal. Prepare about 2-3 hours to enjoy your hunting in this big hunting ground. The place is too open to the sky with minimum shade. Buy 151eur in one receipt to eligible for tax refund, please ask the cashier as the minimum value might change from time to time. You can not combine several receipt, it must be in one receipt to be eligible for tax claim.

Very great options and Brands.. there is a play area which is perfect to the kids to play while we shop. Loved it

This is by far the largest outlet I’ve come across in North Italy. They have plenty of brands to select from, and the walking area is well organized and quite decent. Plenty of seating and eatery’s to choose from. One could spend an easy 1-2 days here; mainly heavy shoppers. And July is the month of heavy sale, I believe.

Good for spending time with your spouse 😂 lots sofa and chairs for your partner can sit while waiting for you. Also restaurants and Starbucks. there are lots designer band in a good price.

We took the bus from Milan on a recent trip. You can find just about every store imaginable at this mall from Nike to Prada. It's very easy to spend the entire day wandering around. The luxury brands offer great discounts and there are plenty of places to eat, a few spaces for kids, and the mall was also dog friendly. I would suggest renting a car for easiest access out to the mall. The bus service is nice however there are scheduled drop off and pick up times so that can be a bit restrictive if you're looking to visit all the major stores as many will develop lines throughout the day. Highly recommend a stop here if you love a well curated shopping experience!

Our favourite outlet in the area, a huge range of products to chose from with great prices. We never leave empty handed. The cafes and restaurants are also very good with amazing italian food. We love especially the sports shops of course as they have a varied offer and a big range of prices. So it is impossible not to find something.

The outlet is fantastic and here is my advice before visiting please:

1- Come with full stomach ( not hungry) otherwise you’ll waist your time in long cue to order food because of the crowded

2- come as early as possible otherwise you’ll wait about 20 minutes to get inside each shop

3- come early to find cars 🚗 parking

4- bring a suitcase 🧳 with you to carry your purchased items otherwise you’ll be tired of carrying stuff

5- Dressed well especially if you’re visiting in Winter ❄ + comfortable shoes

Very good place with many brand stores in one place. Located between Milan and Genova. Trip from Milan will take 1,5 hour. We were used Zani Viaggi bus departed and arrived to/from Castello.

It is really great for shopping. If you are visiting Italy, then it is a must to go destinations. Lots of brands in one place with great prices

Vast place to wonder, immaculately maintained, super clean wash room, good brands but you have to look deep to spot the discounted stuff. Most stuff are reasonably priced.

Food kiosk and McDonald served nice food to munched. You dun have time for a full meal. Take the entire day to shop this place.

Huge outlet with loads of stores, lots of designer brands, just across the road there is an extension to the outlet with many stores such as H&M which are much more affordable, you could spend the whole day there. There is also a kids aqua park, seemed closed as nobody was in it but the kids play area was open and the public toilets were kept in great shape. It's just like an American outlet as all the second story parts of the buildings are fake, extremely well maintained with nice bushed, flowers and fountains. The outdoor seating is plentiful with lovely cushioned seats. Highly recommended to stop by if you are making your way from Genova to Milan or vice versa!

Well organized shopping a little! You can't get around in a day ;-) bud of end the day you feel weary tainted .

An experience that was the most beautiful for me and the most wonderful for me at all .. The shopping was very beautiful and the prices are very, very wonderful .. I advise everyone to travel to Italy with an empty bag of 23 kilos and go to Serravalle Outlet and enjoy shopping as prices have not been seen in your life 👌🏻😉
