Ho acquistato una E-Bike usata e dopo tre mesi di utilizzo posso dire che non ho mai avuto un problema, finalmente la sto’ godendo come mai non avevo fatto con la precedente acquistata nuova da altro fornitore. Stranamente mi sono lasciato consigliare rassicurare da ProBike, soprattutto dal Sig.Cristiano, persona di grande professionalità. Leggo di persone scontente e vorrei solo ricordare che: “chi più spende meno spende” altrimenti farete il mio stesso errore del primo acquisto. Buona pedalata a tutti e un grazie a ProBike per farmi finalmente divertire.

Esperienza eccezionale: la precisione del meccanico lascia sbalorditi. La gentilezza dello staff, che sa bene come guadagnarsi un nuovo cliente, è stata impeccabile. Grazie in special modo a Luigi che si dimostra sempre sul pezzo.

Competenti, simpatici, molto cortesi e disponibili

Mi sono recato stasera per ritirare la mia mtb dopo una riparazione per la quale mi era stata comunicata la cifra necessaria ed è con mia sorpresa che i meccanici mi hanno detto che il pezzo non era stato cambiato ma avevano risolto il problema ricontrollando i cavi del mio sellino telescopico. Vorrei mettere in evidenza l'onestà del personale in quanto avrebbero potuto chiedermi l'importo pattuito senza che io mi accorgessi di niente cosa che invece non hanno fatto.
