Lovely place! The steak Florentine was amazing, the staff was kind and funny and the restaurant was one of a kind. We paid around €50-60 for two people worth of steak.

Even if you’re very full: order the tiramisu!! One of the best I’ve ever tasted.

Probably the coolest restaurant I’ve ever been, such a vibe ! The waiter was attentive and super friendly, food was immaculate! Definitely try it if you are in Florence. Remember to book in advance tho, tends to be super busy all the time

We had a wonderful dinner here. They were able to fit us in for 1hr and we scarfed our food down. It comes out so quickly and perfectly cooked. Loved the gnocchi & ragu. The zucchini pesto pasta with mint was brilliant. Dessert was perfect as well. I love the energy of the place. The food is good, which is why it's so booked every day.

I have been looking forward to this place for several months. And it lived up to the hype. Very fair prices compared to other Tuscan steakhouses and the house wine was excellent and only $8 a bottle. Excellent quality meat and the seasoning salt was exceptional. The pasta was also top-notch. The restaurant is very fast-paced as they try to turn tables twice in one evening, but I did not find it offputting and we still had plenty of time to enjoy our steak and wine. Service was quick and kind. One server was very concerned we did not enjoy the food because the appetizer course was so large. We could not finish it. I knew what to expect from the rare steak so it didn’t bother me. But I would not ask them to change anything becuase that is where people seemed to have issues with rudeness, but they make that clear on the door. They serve their food the way the want, if you don’t like it, don’t eat there. But I thought the food was exceptional and would highly recommend it.

My Airbnb host recommended this restaurant. I made the mistake of not booking a table first. But it was fully booked when I showed up on my last night in Florence. Luckily the host seated me. I had to finish my meal in 45 minutes! But it was worth it! The food was great and the service was amazing. Above all the prices were right. I highly recommend the house wine. You must make a reservation if you want to try this place!

Best tiramisu of my life ! I had to take 2 servings.
Everything here was so great : the food was exquisite, the staff was so friendly.
Sirloin was tender and flavorful with the seasoned salt which complimented is perfectly.
Toretllini stuffed with cheese was like eating clouds.
And the service litteraly took 3 minutes. Crazy

The recommendation of our Airbnb host, this cosy restaurant is just 2 minutes walk from us, but we'd travel 20. The food was absolutely delicious!

We managed to squeeze into the restaurant by being there at opening and promising to be in and out by 8pm. Given our lack of reservation, this was reasonable.

Throughout the dining experience, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the food, and overall nice to speak to.

We split the seasonal mushroom glan with Pecorino cheese cream and fried polenta with mushrooms and meat sauce (ragù). Both were delicious, with compliments to the lightness end creaminess of the flan and the richness of the ragú on the polenta - superb!

For mains, we both enjoyed the beef fillet with seasonal mushrooms and truffle cream sauce. The steak itself was huge, deliciously rare (almost blue), and cooked to perfection; any more would be too much. The additional herb seasoning provided was delicious, and compliments both the meat and potatoes very well.

Edit: We came back and had the bruschetta and Pappa al Pomodoro (Old Bread Soup with Tomato Sauce), both of which were really fresh, with sweet tomatoes and the soup was very very good. We also had the roast chicken and roast potatoes - lightly spiced and well seasoned, delicious - but unlike other restaurants, the Pappardelle with Wild Boar (Pappardelle al Cinghiale) was served with nice chunks of boar meat, not minced, and we really delicious too.

Overall, the food was well priced, delicious, and served in a very pleasant atmosphere. Can't wait to return.

A Florence must visit. It’s got a wild vibe. Great food as well.. and the best house wine 🍷 of our trip. The mushroom soufflé was exceptional - so insanely flavourful. Wild boar pappardelle was 👌. As was everything else. Book way in advance of your trip (esp for dinner).

Reservation definitely required as it is a very popular place. Food was fantastic. Everything was tasty and delivered quickly. Had a good atmosphere with great music, jolly staff and a wide mix of customers both local and tourists. We immediately made a reservation for the next night to try out more of their food. All excellent.

It's one of the best restaurants we've been to so far! Besides food being amazing, the vibe and the staff are making it special. Visiting Firenze won't be complete without stopping here for dinner!

By far the BEST experience and meal we have had in Italy, moreover, the best steak, veal, tiramisu and schiacciata dolce fiorentina we have ever eaten! Fantastico! Make reservations now to avoid disappointment! 🇨🇦

It was our last night in Florence when we found Antica Trattoria da Tito. It was a perfect place to have the perfect last night experience. The place is a gem. The atmosphere is energetic. The food was delicious and the staff were welcoming.
I knew from the start that we had found a local eatery because, unlike the more touristy spots, the music was contemporary Italian not English pop.
We had:
Artichoke appetizer,
Pici al ragu di cervo
and
Sliced sirloin with artichoke.
All perfect.

When we come back to Florence we will return to da Tito.

If I could say it louder I would. This place feels like family. They love. Not because they have too but just because they do. The food is incredible and that's only the beginning, the service, homeliness yet attentiveness is outstanding.
The experience we shared was personal and I will encourage everyone I meet to come visit.

We arrived in Florence late in the day on a Saturday. We chose a restaurant not too far from our hotel but it happened to be closed. This restaurant was on the same street so we stopped in to see if they could seat us. We spoke to a man at the counter and he said unfortunately no, they were booked. I said “Even for two hungry travelers who’ve been in a bus all day? We’ll take your worst table.” He thought a moment then said if you can eat just pasta and be finished in 30 minutes we can do it. My husband said no and went outside (we’d been rushed for meals several times on the trip already and I think he was also tired of pasta). I told the man I would go talk to him and be back in a moment. I stepped outside then to speak to my husband. Just a few moments later the guy from the restaurant came outside with a phone held up his ear— he said he was getting us a table at a nearby restaurant. We said yes, please. He ended the conversation on the phone then told us where to find the place. He said, “It’s good.”

He was correct. It was VERY good. We were so pleased and thankful.

I wasn’t sure how to say thank you but I hope this review will suffice. If I’m ever in Florence again I’ll be sure to make a reservation to eat here (and at the other place, too!). Amazing, excellent, exceptional customer service!! Thank you!

This restaurant was a really nice surprise!! The food was amazing and the limoncello even better! If you are searching for a cozy and welcoming restaurant, this is the one!

Raw artichokes, roasted potatoes, T-bone steak, tiramisu - everything was amazing! Very nice and welcoming service as well! Great place!

Amazing place!
The food is delicious and the atmosphere is so fun. The staff is very friendly and we loved their humor (see the pics for their "uniform")

Came for dinner with reservation. The place is historical and has its walls all written but visitors. The service is traditional yet young. They are fast, well experienced, and kind.
The food was quick to arrive and it was very tasty. We ordered the bruschetta, the lasagna, and the pappardelle and all of it was very tasty.
The only sides I would like to leave is that just 5 min before opening time, they were still sitting inside talking, then came out to have a smoke, then finished up preparing the tables and their attires. It’s fair and understandable because they were around 10 min late of opening time. Of course their speed makes of up for it but it was just sad because it was raining outside and people were hungry and impatient at the time.
Another small note is that we booked for 3 then asked for 4 but sadly two people got stuck in traffic and didn’t make it after all. Of course the manager was disappointed but nothing we could do change that and their reception to the news was a bit harsh to see especially when we tried to make things right.
In summary, the restaurant is well worth the visit, the food is amazing, decoration is interesting, and the prices are more than fair.

Very nice food and lovely servants.
It was a great night out.
We could visit it again if we had more days.
