Hotel Maxim

I give this hotel 5 stars because of the service I recieved from the staff.
We stayed only one night at Maxim and the rooms were spacious and clean.
We ate at an italian restaurant nearby, and unfortunaly I forgot my purse at the restaurant. In my purse I had my wallet, my new sunclases, airpods etc.
We went to the restaurant the next morning to pick up my purse, but it was closed. We had to move on to Lucca, so I could not recieve my purse.
In the next two weeks I had contact with the staff (especially) Giulia and they were SO nice. They went to the restaurant and picked my purse up, and they communicated with the shipping company and helped send my puse to Denmark:-)

After reading the reviews we were a bit sceptical but everything was actually very good. The reception was 24h, all of the staff were super nice. The rooms are spacious and well kept, cleaned every day. Bathroom is nice and big so I really have no complaints at all.

At the east Side of Verona - 20 min from city center by bus; some maintenance should be done but inside a nice comfortable and very value hotel with good breakfast with some hot foods as well.

With more than 80 women we had a wonderful stay in Hotel Maxim. The staff was helpful and very friendly. When we arrived in the morning they welcomed us with coffee and a buffet of sweets, rolls, fresh fruit and more. The location is very near to several busstops and the rooms are perfect. The manager was constantly present to see if everything went well with us. I felt very welcome and enjoyed to stay in this hotel.

We were booked at Maxim Verona on 16 January 2020 for 2 rooms as part of a tour group of mixed nationality. The hotel room was well equipped, clean and had a good breakfast spread. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a good experience at the hotel especially after we realised that we have left some personal items at the hotel well after we have checked out. The hotel were quick to reply to our enquiry and managed to find the left item. Our deep appreciation to the staff and the management of the hotel for their honesty and quick response.

Great hotel with very low prices compared to other similar hotels. Staff is friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast had everything and was fresh. The rooms were a little on the old side and could be renewed in my opinion but overall my experience here was great. Would recommend if you're staying in Verona.

Great service great location and fantastic entry point for people that want to visit Cinque Terra. Staff go out of their way to make everything comfortable and help in any way possible. Good value-for-money rooms more on the basic side but very clean.

The best rooms in 5th floor , The manager who is from Lebanon is a great man , I wish good luck , staff are good, breakfast is good , cleaning is good, but other floors need renewing for sure because it seems old a bit.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, though i booked late i was welcomed by their friendly staff who were ready to assist, and the rooms were very big ' cos it was actually difficult to get to get a place for my large family. Will definitely come back again.
