Casale della Luna

We stayed at Casale della Luna for a couple of days and, even though we were there for work reasons, Maren and Dennis gave us such a warm welcome that we immediately felt at home. They’re truly caring hosts! It was really a pleasant experience. The quietest oasis of peace and tranquility immersed in a picturesque Tuscan landscape.
The house is decorated with every attention to detail and the bedrooms are super cozy and comfortable with a well curated selection of interior decor that makes you live a luxurious yet homely experience. Can’t wait to be back for a longer period!

Casale della Luna was everything I imagined and more! If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars I would. My sister and our husbands stayed here and Tuscany felt like home. From the small touches, like lotions/ amazing body washes, etc. in the showers to the fridge being stocked; it made the experience above and beyond. You think the home is beautiful now? Wait till you see it in person! Maren was so so kind and generous. Anything we asked her she helped us with, even to making reservations for us while visiting. Everything in the home was so thoughtful. The beds were so comfy and the ambiance was perfect! Would for sure stay again! By far the best airbnb experience to date.

Amazing property with wonderful and kind owners. We spent 5 days at Casale della Luna with our family. It was so lovely to spend time by the pool, cook together and go on walks around the surroundings of the property. The house has everything you need and it is so beautifully decorated. Every part of the house has cute details which make you feel comfortable and at home. Great views of the tuscan hills! We will definitely come back :)

This place is stunning, amazing, & unbelievable. I have never stayed at a better home. The views, the amenities! I felt at home in Tuscany. The beds were so comfortable and the showers are incredible. Kitchen stocked beyond belief with everything you need to cook. The host is the sweetest person who is so helpful in anything you need, you can really tell the time and love put into this home. I recommend this to everybody. Beautiful, well maintained house with splendid views from every angle. Big fenced garden that our small Pomeranian really enjoyed. The house is very well equipped and the beds are super comfortable ! Everything is from the highest quality and very luxury but gives you a homey feeling aswell ! We really enjoyed the Quooker water tap that provides filtered and sparkling water directly from the tap, very economic as we didn't have to buy any plastic bottles !
Maren and Dennis were such kind and engaged hosts. Highly recommend !

We stayed at Casale della Luna for a whole week, with 6 adults, 4 kids and 1 baby.
We would clearly and highly recommend the place for anybody looking for a quiet hideaway, with a fair distance to the beach (20 mins).
The house is well equipped and the views are stunning. Lying under the trees by the pool for an after-meal siesta is a must.
If we were to be a little picky, we would argue that the lack of shade at lunch time makes it hard to have food at the main table outside. That being said, we must confess that the indoor table is very welcoming and comfortable.
The people who looked after us made us feel at home from the first minute. Everything went very smoothly. Special thanks to Ben and Maren, who were our contacts then.

We stayed in this amazing house for 4 days with friends and it was amazing! The house is beautiful and super well located (20min from the sea and in the middle of the Tuscan countryside). We were very well received by the hosts of the house, they are so kind! We highly recommend this house if you would like to discover the beauties of Tuscany !

Il Casale della Luna, what a place!! We visited Il Casale at the end of August for 1 week and we had a hard time saying goodbye, and we hope to return!

The hosts Maren and Dennis worked so hard to make every single centimetre of the property outstanding! Freshly refurbished, they thought about everything, from the top notch appliances (Smeg) to scent diffuser and candles in every single room.

The accommodations and grounds are spacious, charming, clean, fully accommodated and exactly what you would envision a Tuscan villa to look like. Picturesque vistas and details at every turn. The kitchen/dining room is to die for, if only I had the same at home! So many things to mention: scenic swimming pool, huge outside table, comfortable garden sofas...

Arriving to Il Casale della Luna is a special moment - the gate opens and you are welcomed with Prosecco and local cheese.
The location is perfect for exploring both the coast and the countryside, wineries and cities (Pisa and Livorno are very close).

We thank Maren and Dennis from bottom of our heart and if you are reading this review you MUST book this villa to experience Tuscany at a different level.

We had a fantastic stay at Casale della Luna! The location is breathtaking... views for days! We stayed here with friends and their kids. They told us we were the first official visitors. The house is fenomenal! Each room has its own shower and sink, nice beds! Perfect place to become ZEN! I would recommend this house to Anyone! The house is larger than you would think from the pictures! Thank you @casaledellaluna , we had an amazing stay!!

Soooo I went to the Casale in December 2021 to celebrate the turn of the year there (they made an exception for me, they normally don't do bookings in the winter) and I'm already planning to go back next year :) I had such a good time being there, everything was so nice. Due to my work I've already been to a lot of hotels and Air BnBs , but they didn't treat me half as good as Dennis and Maren did, thank you guys a lot for your hospitality!! They don't live in the house but are there anytime you'll need them, very friendly people with good service. They also recommended good restaurants and bars near the house, like La Barracchina.
The house is situated on a hill and you have the most beautiful view from there, I could literally look at the Alps while sitting on the toilet. I post some pictures but I don't want to spoil anything, you just have to go there and see it for yourself.

A very dreamy Tuscan villa! With the authentic design, peaceful earthy ambience and pure kindness of the hosts, the summer evening mid June here felt heavenly.

I got in touch with the owner and asked to visit the property as I would be in the surroundings for vacation. She was incredibly nice and excited to meet us and arranged a lovely aperitivo. We will cherish these memories and wish to return soon!

Maren’s place was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and stylish place with everything you needed.

Perfect get away! A dreamy and beautiful place to stay a few days with friends or family. I am only back for a few days now and I wish I could already go back!

ich konnte hier zusammen mit meiner Familie richtig gut entspannen, der Ort ist komplett abgelegen, somit stört man absolut niemanden. Trotzdem waren wir nur circa 15 min von Annehmlichkeiten wie Strände, lokalen Supermärkten und Restaurants entfernt.
Das Haus ist außerdem komplett ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Top Lage und richtig schönes Haus, nur zu empfehlen.

Le luxe à l'état pur ! La maison est immense, lumineuse et tous les équipements haut-de-gamme. La literie ultra confortable, la décoration magnifique. Vous êtes en pleine campagne avec des moutons en bas de vos fenêtres et vous avez de bons petits restaurants aux alentours. Une semaine passée en octobre, le climat était idéal pour visiter toute la Toscane hors saison.

Eine Unterkunft die ihres gleichen sucht! Ich war schon in vielen Unterkünften die von AirBnB vermitteln wurden aber Casale della Luna hat in jeglichem Bereich geglänzt. Angefangen mit der Buchung verlief die Kommunikation reibungslos und höchst angenehm. Die Unterkunft sowie die Außenanlagen an sich sind traumhaft, siehe Bilder!
Die Einrichtung extrem geschmackvoll und sehr sauber! Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!
