La Stüa de Michil

From the start of the night it was amazing. The staff are amazing and the kitchen is incredible. All of the food was out of this world and the wine was so delicious.

Probably one of the most impressive library of wines I’ve ever seen in a restaurant.

One of my favorite dining experiences of all time. The pre-fixe menu, with about 10 courses included the small bites, is well orchestrated like a performance — the waiters manage each course transition seamlessly. The whole experience is 3 hours. We had a group meal here on the last night of ski safari and felt incredibly pampered. The highlight for me was sea bass and the pastry for desert. The vibe of the restaurant is a cozy farmhouse with private rooms/spaces for each party. Each dish has Italian and Korean influence.

Beautiful and delicious meal with perfect service. We loved all the ways the region is incorporated into the meal. Definitely one of the most memorable set menus we have had! Highly recommend for a special occasion in Alta Badia!

One of a kind experience! We were here at NYE welcoming 2020 and we enjoyed every part of the Michelin experience. We had 7-8 courses, they showed us the kitchen, the wine cellar, the service was exceptional and all every dish was prepared with love and sense of perfection.

One Michelin star restaurant in the Hotel La Perla in Corvara. Intimate setting means you’re not close to other diners and there is a feeling of space. A number of set menus are available to try and the staff are very accommodating switching out dishes you don’t like, such as pigeon. The main reason to visit is the wine list. There is an extensive selection of Italian wines at very reasonable prices so you can afford to be adventurous. Well worth a visit.

Exellent place, we had a very good dinner. What an experience. I suggest a visit @ the cantin.

We came back in the summer after 2 years, they renewed the restaurant, they now have new rooms, and the kitchen. The food and the service are still very good even if 2 years ago I have been more impressed.

I’ll try again the next winter, probably it was the season.

Yesterday (8/2/23) It was my first experience in a Michelin Star restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. The service was amazing, the staff gave us everything in English, I noticed a different couple (Germans) and their menu and details were in German (amazing touch and detail). We did the 8 course presentation and it was amazing completely justifying the price. The combination of favors and textures were bold, original and perfectly complimented with an excellently paired wines.

We didn't go to this restaurant but we went to the Bistrot Stua (the pictures I posted refer to that but I wasn't able to find it on maps). Very nice and fancy place with top service and wine list! Pricey but worth the money.

Lovely place with great atmosphere. The restaurant is spread across several charming wooden chambers with tiny door frames in between (attentive staff will always remind you to watch your head when crossing). We had the full tasting menu and all dishes were very good, snails making particular impression. A few additional bites and champagne aperitif competed the experience. Wine list was very extensive and the recommendations we were given were excellent.

Will add photos of the dishes we add later. Overran an amazing experience. From the super friendly staff and chefs, to the fire and wine, nothing but not and great taste. The tasting menu was sized just right and quite reasonably priced in my opinion. The wine pairing was perfect and the descriptions sounded great. N overall we loved it and would strongly recommend it

...and the amazing wine list that is keep there. you can always find an amazing bottle hidden on the shelf ....I managed to find a 21 year old barolo from clerico (top) all is beautifull the service amazing... I think 6 stars! !-)

Simply cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The current chef is a hidden gem, and it cannot be long before multiple Michelin stars are awarded.

Esperienza di altissimo livello ! a differenza di 2 anni fa ..dove c'erano stati problemi di tempistiche.. , la nuova cucina guidata dallo Chef Simone Catafio ha regalato piatti emozionanti e tempistiche pressoché perfette nella scaletta tra le varie portate. Iniziando con un bonus per il servizio gestito da ragazze molto preparate e professionali ! tornado alla cucina, Un applauso per i pre appetizer degni di nota ! ogni piatto è stato pressoché perfetto , abbinamenti equilibrati e cotture millimetriche . Ottimo i ravioli nella biscque di gamberi e bonus per il dolce ai fichi veramente spettacolare. Unica pecca.. la cottura del petto di selvaggina non è stata eseguita in modo ottimale , in quanto restava gommosa al palato (sarebbe stato meglio renderla più croccante).
Sicuramente consigliatissimo ! Bravi !

Il Ristorante "La Stua de Michil", all'interno dell'incantevole Hotel La Perla di Corvara, è un vero gioiello culinario che ho avuto il piacere di sperimentare recentemente con mio figlio.

L'accoglienza al nostro arrivo è stata calorosa e affettuosa, e il personale si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, assicurando che potessimo godere di una cena indimenticabile.

Abbiamo optato per il percorso gustativo più esteso, un viaggio culinario che comprendeva ben 8 portate. È stato un autentico tripudio di sapori, profumi e presentazioni creative. Ogni piatto era una sorpresa, con combinazioni di ingredienti che davano vita a vere e proprie sinfonie culinarie.

L'ambiente del ristorante è rustico e affascinante, un rifugio accogliente che è stato valorizzato con grande cura. La cantina offre una selezione di vini straordinaria, che ha contribuito a elevare ulteriormente l'esperienza gastronomica.

I piatti serviti erano semplicemente strepitosi, con un equilibrio perfetto tra sapore e presentazione. Tuttavia, c'è una piccola nota da sottolineare: il piatto a base di vitello, anche se perfettamente eseguito, sembrava leggermente sotto tono rispetto alle altre proposte. Questo, comunque, non ha minimamente intaccato la straordinaria esperienza culinaria complessiva.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato equo, considerando la qualità e la varietà dei piatti offerti.

In conclusione, il Ristorante "La Stua de Michil" è un'esperienza culinaria straordinaria all'interno di un incantevole contesto alberghiero. Nonostante una piccola nota di minore entusiasmo per un piatto specifico, l'abbondanza di sapori sorprendenti e la cura dei dettagli rendono questo ristorante un luogo da visitare per chiunque ami l'alta cucina e desideri vivere un'esperienza gastronomica indimenticabile a Corvara.
