Fantastic, outdoorand indoor jacuzzi, extremely welcoming, amazing seating areas everywhere, incredible 3 course meal every evening and a breakfast you couldn't ask for, so many different choices of food , whatever you wanted was there including variety of fresh fruit and veg , and a juicer ! Tennis court, saunas, large pool and plenty of loungers near and above the pool, plus the 🏋‍♀ gym. The best hotel I have stayed in , there was a ski bus free going to la villa until 11 a.m. and from 3 p.m coming back.Incredible experience, we felt so special, such an amazing , full of character and charm hotel. Thank you for making our holiday so special

Amazing hotel with easy access to Alta Badia ski area. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed, but the service really sets it apart. The phenomenal breakfast and 3 course (plus salad bar) dinner would be worth the price of the room alone. The outdooor jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the rest of the modern spa, are the perfect refugee after a day of skiing. The staff is beyond accommodating and welcoming. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Wonderful facilities, staff attentive and friendly, very comfortable rooms and great views. Stunning area and excellent skiing. Recomend the nut grappa served outside from the ice bar.

Beautiful

The hotel is located next to a main road, but both the rooms and common areas are quiet. The reception is very helpful, they are happy to show you the interior of the hotel, the restaurant, the wellness department and, of course, finally your room.

It is better to park your car in a wooden barn/shed 200 meters away, as the numbered spaces in front of the hotel. This numbered places are very narrow, difficult to leave your car, to open the door.

The restaurant's offer is simply first-class both at breakfast and at dinner! At dinner, you can already have a good time with the appetizers - wide selection, fresh ingredients.
After the appetizer, you can choose from a three-course menu.

The sauna inside the building does not have a very large floor area, we did not try the outdoor sauna due to the bad weather.

Unfortunately, some guests do not take into account the fact that this is a 4-star hotel... Where the waiters and other members of the staff are also dressed as elegantly as possible. It is not appropriate that some people come down in the winter season in kitten pants (ski first layer) with a worn-out pair of slippers for breakfast, and for dinner in a protruding, washed-out heater.

Ero stata in quest’hotel una decina di anni fa con la gestione peecedente, ora ci sono tornata con marito e bimba di 6 anni, favoloso! Cucina ottima! Spa rilassante ma anche tonificante! Personale cordiale e sempre attento agli ospiti ed alle loro necessità, barman, personale della reception, il maitre Mario ed il suo staff ci hanno davero coccolato. E con un rapporto qualità-prezzo molto competitivo. Molto apprezzata la merenda offerta al ritorno dalle piste da sci. Da ritornarci

Questo hotel è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Innanzitutto una grandissima gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità da parte di tutto il personale.
Cibo di livello elevato, così come il servizio; un ringraziamento particolare a Mario e a tutto il personale di sala. Colazione superba (figli entusiasti, vogliono tornare solo per quello 🤣)! Anche il bar è di alto livello, cocktail buoni e ben presentati.
La nostra stanza era un po' datata, ma davvero ampia e comunque in linea con il prezzo.
Alcune parti dell'albergo hanno subito una recente ristrutturazione; abbiamo chiesto di vedere le camere di piu nuove: sono bellissime (ovviamente al variare della tipologia varia il prezzo).
Le zone comuni sono molto belle.
Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, non ho quindi potuto usufruire del centro benessere né della navetta di collegamento con le piste, ma visto l'elevato standard dei servizi offerti non mi aspetto cattive sorprese.
Torneremo sicuramente.

Wir waren vom 10.03.2024-16.03.2024 in diesem Hotel zu Besuch.
Personal, Rezeption und das Restaurant war total nett, freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und 5 Punkte für den Oberkellner Mario, der auf seinem richtigen Platz ist. Sehr kompetent!
Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der shuttle Bus fährt auch immer und wenn nicht dann gibt es noch einen Linienbus.
Die Skipisten sind super und auch in der Nähe.
Die Lage war perfekt und ich würde das Hotel direkt weiter empfehlen.

Abbiamo deciso all'ultimo momento di staccare 3 giorni e devo dire siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti.
Personale accorto e molto cortese, camere molto pulite, zona benessere molto curata( con possibilità di prenotare vari trattamenti ) , cucina e colazione variegata e di qualità. Abbiamo alternato delle bellissime passeggiate a gite in bike.
( noleggio convenzionato con hotel).
Molto " golosi" i momenti di merenda dolce e salata offerta a metà pomeriggio (cadeva a pennello con il nostro rientro dalle escursioni ), "divertenti "i momenti di aperitivo prima di cena e alla sera "suggestivi" i salottini all'aperto riscaldati dal fuoco....tanti piccoli dettagli che nel complesso hanno reso davvero la nostra mini vacanza originale, rigenerante e rilassante . Ritorneremo.

1. 방은 아주 따뜻하고 뷰도 엄청 좋았어. 매일 방이 엄청 깨끗하게 정리되어 있었지. 너무 깨끗해서 놀랄 정도였어.
2. 호텔 프론트 직원들 엄청 친절해. 언제든 도움을 주기 위해 기다리고 있는것 같았어.
3. 식당에서 아침식사, 저녁식사를 매일 먹었어. 직원들이 매우 조직적으로 움직였고 장말 일을 열심히 하더라. 음식도 아주 맛있었어. 매일 손님의 취향에 맞게 커피와 와인을 잘 준비해 주셨어. 특히 매니저로 보이는 분이 제일 열심히 일해. 그러니 다른 직원들이 열심히 할 수 밖에... 많이 배우고 갑니다. 인사라도 했어야 했는데 모두 바빠서 그럴 수 없었어.
4. 바에서 오후 간식을 먹을 수 있는데, 아주 아늑하고 좋아. 술 한잔 마시면서 오후를 보내는 것도 좋은 방법이었어.
5. 스키장까지 데려다 준 셔틀버스 서비스도 아주 좋았고 덕분에 편하게 스키를 즐길 수 있었어.

이 호텔을 선택했던 과거의 나를 칭찬하며 내년에도 난 여기 또 올거야.
덕분에 돌로미티에서 행복한 시간을 보냈어.
아참 자쿠지와 사우나 이용하는 것 잊지마~

Wir waren hier mit der Familie über Weihnachten für 5 Nächte.
Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Begonnen vom freundlichen Empfang, den sauberen Zimmern, der tollen Bar, dem fantastischen Essen (an allen 5 Abenden) bis hin zu dem tollen Servicepersonal. Jede einzelne Person des Hotels war sehr, sehr freundlich, serviceorientiert und gut gelaunt. Das war auf jeden Fall etwas ganz besonderes in diesem Hotel.
Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, hat eine schöne Bar mit Lounge-Bereich und zusätzlich noch sehr gemütliche "Wohnzimmer" für die Gäste. Hier kann man am Feuer entspannen, den Nachmittagssnack genießen oder gemütlich ein Buch auf dem Sofa lesen.
Das Essen und das Frühstück waren einfach nur traumhaft und sehr abwechslungsreich. An Weihnachten gab es zusätzlich noch einen sehr schönen Aperitivo in der Bar mit Getränken und tollen kleinen Snacks. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Besonders toll war auch das Antipasti Buffet. Hier musste man aufpassen, dass man sich hier nicht schon satt isst, so toll war es. Viel mehr als nur Salat, wie oft in anderen Hotels.
Der einzige Wermutstropfen: Man sollte die neu renovierten Zimmer buchen. Wir hatten ein älteres gebucht, was absolut ok und sauber war, aber das Bett war doch schon etwas durchgelegen. Trotzdem 5 Sterne, weil uns das Personal und die damit verbundene gute Stimmung einfach so begeistert haben.
Außerdem positiv:
Im Winter der Skibus vom Hotel, der morgens regelmäßig fährt und nachmittags individuell gerufen werden kann. Hiermit kann man zu den nächsten beiden Skigebieten am Ort. Das Skigebiet Sella Ronda liegt um die Ecke
Im Sommer: Super Lage für Wanderungen auf Puez, Fanes, Sella, Cinque Torri, etc. Oder als Ausgangsort für die Sella Ronda (Bike Day)

Un encomio a Mario, che dirige con vera maestria le cene in hotel, e il suo profilo racconta disponibilita', sapienza e un sorriso immancabile !

Hotel lussuoso e molto ampio in Val Badia.
La struttura, oltre alle numerose camere - molto ampie e pulite - presenta: campo da tennis interno; piscina coperta; palestra; zona giochi e tavolo da ping pong esterno; bar; vari salottini; sala cinema e tavolo da biliardo.
Receptionist, camerieri e barista sempre cortesi e disponibili.
Cena ottima, colazione che garantisce un’ampia scelta e merenda ben assortita.
Molto gradevole anche la musica dal vivo durante la serata.
