Incredible value; probably my favorite vacation stay of my life. We were pleasantly surprised to find that all of our delicious, fresh meals were included in the price of our room. Ask Alessio for hiking and wine recommendations and don't skip the spa at La Perla hotel next door.

Beautiful hotel nestled in a quaint location. Breakfast and dinner were amazing with different options every day and they also have an interesting selection of local wines. In addition, they also have a nice veranda where you can sit outside. Rooms were nice and clean.

I had stayed at this hotel for a couple of weeks in 2020, and already had the opportunity to savor the hospitality and well executed cuisine. In December 2021 I went back just for dinner and was extremely impressed by the level reached by every one of the dishes I had. I actually think that this is Michelin Stars level cuisine, so be quick in experiencing it before it becomes too famous.

Beautiful interior with fantastic mountain views; if eating as a couple, ask to reserve a table with a window view. Fantastic service; we enjoyed all the food recommendations from our waitress. Amongst the best examples of Ladin and Italian cuisine we had during our stay in the Dolomites; while the menu isn’t cheap, this is restaurant food with a focus on quality over quantity; unlike a lot of places in town we found that we could enjoy eating from the whole menu with space left for dessert

Best food we had in Corvara. Beautiful interior and amazingly friendly and attentive waiters (special thanks to Allesio). Highly recommend!

We had a really good evening with ver good food and excellent service. Vanessa and the rest of the staff took good care of us. We had the house gin apetizer, for starters we had tatare, trout. For primi we had ravioli and tagliatelle. For secondi we had chicken and beef cheek. And all was beautifully arranged with small flowers and such. And all with great taste. Not the cheapest place in town but really worth a visit.

A welcoming hotel in the Italian Dolomites with lots of charm, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed cocktails outside on the deck, good menu and nice wine recommendations.

Ho solo mangiato al ristorante. Esperienza positiva, piatti buoni e super servizio, simpatico, professionale, bravi ragazzi. Ambiente tipico tirolese, pulito, ben tenuto. Da ritornare sicuramente.
