Hotel Serena Badia

Very cosy and friendly hotel. Excellent breakfast and dinner and little teatime everyday. Close to the skilift - Santa Groce - transer via Skibus from hotel.

Wow! What a find. A stunning hotel in a stunning location. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights starting at the end of August 2022. The hotel exudes real quality from the location to the fixtures and fittings to the staff, all of whom were just so professional and lovely. From the reception to the cleaners to the staff in the restaurant. All just lovely. And the breakfasts and dinners were absolutely excellent. We do like to go to bed really early (9.30pm) and we did experience some noise transfer from rooms and balconies above us but the building contains a lot of wood and we were in bed so early that this stopped being a problem once we started going to sleep later. Thank you so much to all the team at the hotel. I would definitely recommend.

Best of the best. If you’re skiing in the Dolomites, specifically Alta Badia, you want to stay at the Hotel Serena. Family runs. Hosts are Amazing. Food is amazing. Full spa that is beautiful. Free parking. Ski shuttle. On-site cafe/bar. What more can you ask for ?

Very nice , comfortable and quiet hotel , I really liked every thing . The hotel has a very good spa center and an amazing pool . The staff are very helpful and friendly. I will never hesitate to come again .

Per la mia prima settimana bianca ho soggiornato in questo hotel immerso in un paesaggio suggestivo. A pochi passi dalle piste da sci,con servizio navetta. Dotato di tutti i comfort compresa una piscina ed una zona relax con lettini ad acqua, idromassaggio, sauna ,bagno turco e altro ancora. Tutto è pulito ed il personale sempre a disposizione e cordiale. Il cibo è ottimo e abbondante. Ho trascorso qui la notte di capodanno. Il cenone curato nei minimi dettagli e a mezzanotte i fuochi artificiali hanno concluso una stupenda serata.

O experiență minunata. Eu sunt intoleranta la gluten. Personalul de aici mi-a oferit meniu fără gluten chiar dacă nu am anunțat în prealabil acest lucru. Mâncarea a fost bună, servirea ireproșabilă, spa-ul curat. Intr-un cuvânt o experiență de nota 10.

Hotel spettacolare e confortevole in classico stile dell'Alto Adige! Ho pernottato in camera singola, la stanza è pulita ed ha dimensioni adeguate. Colazione a buffet abbondante e ottima qualità della cena sono state una piacevole sorpresa. La piscina e la spa sono un toccasana per rigenerarsi dopo una giornata sulla neve.

Ich bin bereits zum vierten Mal im Serena. Gerade sitze ich hier im Restaurant und genieße mal wieder das vorzügliche Essen welches uns Gästen heute sogar in der Küche vom Chef selbst serviert wurde. Eine einmalige Sache, die ich noch nirgendwo sonst erlebt habe. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur loben. Super leckeres Essen, schöne saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Und natürlich die beiden Chefs. Vater Karl und sein Sohn. Die beiden sind supernett und haben immer ein offenes Ohr. Außerdem gibt es hier noch einen Pool und eine Sauna mit einem tollen Ruhebereich. Auch der Shuttleservice zur Liftanlage und wieder zurück funktioniert einwandfrei.
Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und wünsche dem Serena-Team bis dahin alles Gute😊

Hotel caratteristico dotato di piscina e zona spa ben attrezzata.
Una nota al personale molto simpatico e disponibile, dalla reception al ristorante.
Pasti molto abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Ampia scelta nei buffet, sia della colazione che dei contorni.
Appena hanno saputo della mia celiachia hanno preparto a priori della pasta ed ho trovato pane/etc a cena e fette biscottate/cornetto/etc a colazione.
Ci tornerò.

Noi abbiamo trovato tutto perfetto dal Personale gentilissimo, cucina ottima e spa (bagno turco, sauna, vasca idromassaggio, sala relax con vetratta vista aperta eccezionale)e piscina ampia 🥰. La prima volta siamo stati di ferragosto, abbiamo deciso di ritornare per festeggiare il natale 🎅, abbiamo passato un Natale magico. Grazie, ritorneremo sicuramente stavolta con tutti famigliari 🥳

Le camere standard hanno un affaccio incantevole. Mezza pensione ottima, zona relax piacevole e utilissima. Personale preciso, gentile e ospitale. Molto attenti alle esigenze e accortezze per un celiaco
