We spent 4 nights at the hotel, it was a lovely experience, the rooms were clean and spacious, staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed the pool area. Convenient location close to the train station and funicular railway to Montecatini Alto. I would definitely visit again

This is a fantastic, reasonably priced hotel in a great location. It has a good sized swimming pool set in a lovely garden. The breakfast was really good and the staff were very kind and helpful. Montecatini Terme is a very pretty town with many old spa buildings in the Liberty style. It is very easy to access other towns in Tuscany - Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia and Florence - by rail from either of Montecatini's 2 stations.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel & would highly recommend it, the decor is traditional Italian elegance & charm, very clean. All the hotel staff are lovely, they see to your every need, to make your stay as comfortable and rewarding as possible.

The hotel is located a short walk from the station, you can take the train to many places like Pisa, Florence, Lucca & even that bit further to Cinque Terre.

The food in the restaurant for breakfast & dinner was delicious, of a very high quality & plentiful.

The funicular in the town has beautiful scenery at the magical view point, when you reach the top, overlooking Tuscany.

My five day stay at Parma E Oriente was so extraordinary because every aspect was so exceptional, the regional cuisine was very tasty, the massage was great, the pool was the right size in a very charming garden area smelling of fresh flowers, and everyone at the hotel, including the manager-owner and all staff, were friendly, informative and kind. The close vicinity to Florence, Lucca and Pisa, made it the ideal place to launch cultural day-trips.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We found that previous positive reviews were spot on! Good food, clean rooms and very attractive common areas with first class friendly service from all staff. Particularly enjoyed the pool that was very welcome after a day sightseeing , and the hotel was ideally situated to make the most of this with 2 stations nearby.
We can thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be back again no doubt.

What a gem, hotel is so well situated for the Montecantini Therma centre and the amazing Spa historic building - look out for concerts! Spotlessly clean and the food was fantastic, fresh produce, plentiful and great breakfast.
The deal we had was such good value and included tickets for the vernicular and wine tasting. I would definitely recommend it, very relaxing.

Pool was little used whilst we were there, but was enjoyable for a bit of relaxing exercise.
Location very good within Montecatini Terme which itself was well served by train services.
The only thing missing for us was coffee making facilties in the room.

A delightful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Super location for exploring locally and great train connections to Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Our room was beautifully clean and spacious. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable and well situated break in Tuscany.

Loved our stay here and would definitely come back. Enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel has a lovely outdoor swimming pool. We went in July and the temperature of the pool was perfect and it was never too crowded when we used it. Also the staff were all great, so friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect for getting around, about a 15 min walk to the main train station and about the same to the funicular for a trip up the hill. Montecatini is also a great place to do day trips from, we went to Pisa/Lucca on one then Cinque Terre on another. Longing to go back already!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It's very well-run. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was well-appointed. The public areas are always clean, comfortable and attractive. (Stefania's artistic flowers and plants are especially beautiful.)
If we were to stay again, we'd request a room with a view.

From the moment we entered the premises we were greeted with such friendliness. Very professional set up. Nothing was too much trouble. Julia on reception was exceptional as well as the owners son.

We have had a lovely stay here. It's a very nice Hotel run by the Boldrini Family for 100 Years.
Everyone is very Friendly.
There are some beautiful features, lovely soft furnishings, traditional furniture and a pretty garden with a splendid pool.
There is salt water in the pool which makes your skin feel lovely and soft.
We had breakfast and evening meals. The evening meals were traditional Tuscan dishes which were very tasty. The Restaurant had a lovely ambience. You could also eat outside on the Terrace.
We enjoyed sitting outside There was lovely soft seating. There is a great new Bar being built which faces out onto the terrace and also into the lovely lounge area.
I would recommend this Hotel it has a very good position near to the Fanicular Railway and also an excellent base for sightseeing!

It is really great 3* hotel! The rooms are quiet, comfy and cute, staff is professional and friendly and the hotel stands out as something more than just another decent place to spend holidays. The breakfast buffet is more continental than Mediterranean, so you can eat enough if you chose. I really loved the pool area - not to big and not too small. It truely is a great place!

A good location for a two night stay in Montecatini Terme. Close to both the park and centre. Good food in the restaurant and an outdoor bar area by the quiet road to watch the world go by.
