Fantastic hotel! Very pleasant people, so kind and friendly! Clean, warm, comfortable room, great shower, stable wi-fi, nearby free parking (5 minutes), tasty breakfast, good position, perfect place and stay!

Stayed here last week and it was the ideal hotel for a short break away. Great price, simple clean rooms, basic amenities (including mini fridge), quiet, and lovely helpful staff. Would stay again! Situated in a nice town if you don’t want to stay in Pisa/Florence and a 10 minute walk from the train station.

We have stayed in over 25 hotels this summer and found this one to be the most outstanding. Housekeeping was exceptional and the owner was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Smart approach for the bikers and not only. Helpful staff, good location and various ideas for the bike itineraries and yoga classes.
I had a good night sleep, comfortable room, multi optional breakfast and nice activity outdoors thanks to the smart advices of the reception staff.
Certainly will be back soon.

The current owners grandfather built the original building. His father ran the hotel at one time. So I'm guessing he has a vested interest in how well the establishment does. He is a personable young man and has young eager staff willing to go the extra mile. They also know some of the best unknown resteraunts to dine at. Two come to mind La Torre and Oateria Di Poneta. If your ever in the area don't hesitate to book a room or go to dinner.

This is a great hotel we'll situated, Carlo the owner is welcoming friendly & helpful, the whole place is spacious & spotlessly clean, the breakfast is continental & plentiful, it is prepared, served by Barbra, who can't do enough for you, the rooms & toilet is spacious with a biddet, large powerful shower, there is also a bar with very reasonable prices, highly recommended, would return,

Il soggiorno in questo hotel è il migliore mai provato.
Partendo dalla pulizia super eccellente di tutti gli ambienti, dall’arredamento moderno e accogliente dei luoghi fino alla colazione super che ci attendeva ogni mattina, questo hotel merita solo ulteriori scelte da parte di tutti i visitatori di Montecatini.
La chicca esclusi i dipinti appesi nelle camere che completano il piacere del soggiorno.
Da non dimenticare la meravigliosa disponibilità cortesia ed allegria dello staff.

Struttura elegante con attenzione ai particolari. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera e pulizia ottima con bagno e doccia ampie. Posizione strategica molto vicina al teatro Verdi. Il signor Carlo ottimo padrone di casa, ritorneremo sicuramente

Ein nettes Hotel zwischen Florenz und Pisa. Super für Tagesausflüge. Das Zimmer war groß mit Klima. Service war toll und zuvorkommend, insbesondere das Frühstück ist hier zu erwähnen. Interessant ist auch die ausgestellte Kunst im Gebäude. W Lan schnell und stabil. Also auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

Wir waren für 10 Tage in der Toskana und haben das Hotel aufgrund seiner verkehrsgünstigen Lage als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge in die Umgebung genutzt. Das Personal war immer außergewöhnlich freundlich und vieles am Hotel ist tatsächlich "smart", z.B. kann man sich an einem Hahn kostenlos Sprudelwasser zapfen, so dass man keine Plastikflaschen kaufen muss. Die Zimmer sind groß und auch hier ist vieles durchdacht, z.B. gab es in unserem ein paar kleine LEDs in der Dusche, so dass man sich nachts im Bad besser zurechtfindet. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, hier kann man neben einem Buffet mit frischen Backwaren zwischen verschiedenen Varianten frisch zubereiteter Speisen (z.B. Porridge, Eiergerichte) wählen. Auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz, ca. 5min zu Fuß, kann man kostenlos parken. Wir können das Smart Hotel Bartolini ohne Einschränkung empfehlen!

Disponibilità del personale, pulizia, stanze super confortevoli spaziose e pulite . Colazione molto varia , abbondante e buona. Posizione strategica per poter raggiungere Firenze Lucca e Pistoia.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Consigliato.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito in questo albergo e devo dire che ne sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta.
Camera spaziosa, calda ma soprattutto pulita.
Colazione tutto ok.
