Hotel Ercolini e Savi

We had a lovely stay here for 5 nights in March. The room was well appointed, very clean and well attended. All the staff was helpful. It's an easy walk to the train station to get to Florence. The restaurant is exceptional. So good we had dinner there twice, which is saying a lot given all the places we wanted to try.

Helpful friendly staff. Nice hotel with lovely rooms. Breakfast was excellent, well recommended.

Amazing hotel and service. Staff was very friendly and helpful, it was my partners birthday and I wanted to surprise him with a cake, they helped me all the way and made an amazing cake for him. The breakfast was delicious and our room was perfect. Definitely recommend! Montecatini is also a beautiful small town, loads to see and we can get the train to Pisa/Lucca and Florence very easily. Perfect for those who don’t enjoy staying in busy cities the whole time

Great 4 star hotel close to city center but in a quieter street. Rooms very clean, great firm mattress and pillows, very nice and helful staff, nice breakfast with great selection and service, dark curtains for fully dark room in the day, walls are thin and noise from the street is very strongly heard (seems like all hotels here are this way) but overall a great experience.

Very good hotel in Montecatini Terme
• The people were very helpful.
• The check-in was quick and they did not keep my passport.
• The elevators were good for 6 people and always worked quickly.
• The stairs were carpeted and wide so you could easily travel between the floors.
• The shampoo / body wash combination was mounted on the wall and worked well.
• The towels were large and absorbent.
• This was the first hotel that had tissues in the room.
• The room was large enough.
• With the curtain drawn the room was dark.
• The bed was great with a firm mattress that was just replaced throughout the hotel.
• The heater worked but I don’t know if the air-conditioning worked as it was not needed in March.
• There could have been more storage drawers.
• There were many more hangers than we needed.
• The restaurant staff always gave me a tray for my wife’s breakfast in our room.
• The cleaning staff always ordered hot water for her after they finished their work.
• The breakfast was very good.
• There was a good selection of food items for both lunch and dinner.
• The food was very good.
• The hotel is located very near the city center.
• It is an older hotel but the owner lives on the 4th floor and keeps the hotel in top shape.
• The decor is early 20th century but the cream and white antique look is pleasing.
• This hotel is kept very clean.
• The lobby is elegant.

A really good hotel! The breakfast, the dinermenu and the service is top notch! The atmosfere is what really makes this hotel. You have a outside where you can sit and relax and the rooms are not to large and not to small either.

Mena was lovely. She was so, so helpful and concerned with customer service. She is a wonderful addition to your staff!

stayed in a triple room, was very spacious. hotel is at a good location and is near a lot of restaurants and stores. free Wi-Fi provided. breakfast was better than average hotels, had more variety.

A lovely hotel for a short stay in Montecatini. Ideal for visiting nearby attractions. Highly recommended.

Perfect hotel to stay for more than 4-5 days, Montecatini T. being so close to other tuscan cities.
The staff is very kind and the location central but calm.

I really recommend this Hotel if you decide to visit Montecatini Terme, either for work or holiday and relax, I had a real positive experience, exellent service, position, food and all members if the stuff are gentle, kind and professional,
The quality of the WiFi connection is great! The Position is fantastic, for sure I would go be so glad to repeat this experience in this Hotel!

Lovely staff giving excellent service, very comfy and clean room, very good breakfast. If I return to this area would not hesitate to book here again.
