Wonderful staff and super clean rooms.
The breakfast is rich but do not try (do not touch if You are a coffee freak) the automatic coffee machine...instead...ask for a real cappuccino and pay the extra (whether they ask or not)
Silent rooms and nice atmosphere... slightly soft beds (for my taste) but if You like it just like that.... it's heaven :))
Super reasonable prices.

Location: 5 to 10 minutes walk from the main bus station. No point using a taxi from Marco Polo Airport. Take bus 3A and 40 minutes later you will arrive at the main bus station. (cost 3.50 Euros[Sept 2013] difficult to beat that for an airport transfer)
The staff: very helpful and smiling.
The room: clean, with balcony (I was in room 108) I liked the window in the bathroom which provided natural sun light.
Surrounding facilities: Just outside the hotel even if you are too lazy to walk there is a good pizzeria. There are also plenty of restaurants at walking distance (5 to 15 minutes) and you will be spoilt for choice for food. Do not forget the ice cream shops. Italian ice creams are delicious.
There are bicycles on loan at the hotel. They are not at the standard of the bike for enthousiast but I am not an enthousiast I use them to extend my exploratory range. for me they are fit for purpose. if you want better bikes, the council can provide free bikes I have not tested them.
The beach 50 metres away with private sun lounges and parasols a very comfortable way to enjoy the sea and the sun.
Go there to enjoy Italy in a simple and hospitable way

This was cheapest hotel for the Jesolo ironman. Ended up very satisfied. Exceeded expectations! Nothing bad, and friendly staff.

It is located in Piazza Trieste, nice view of the church and the beach, which you can reach by a 2 minute walk

Ottimo hotel situato sulla via del centro e anche vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Personale accogliente, disponibile e ti fanno sentire come a casa!
Ottimo servizio di pulizia e Ottimo buffet per la colazione!!

Hotel tranquillo e servizio ottimo.. molto buona la colazione, camera un po' piccola ma essendo in ferie più che sufficiente.. vialetto pedonale x arrivare in spiaggia molto comodo e in tre minuti ci arrivi.. ci ritorneremo il prossimo anno 😉

Az egész hotel rendkívül tiszta, a szoba nem nagy, de minden van ami kell. Nagyon jó helyen van, minden a közelben, a tengerpart közvetlen átjárón 2 perc. A reggeli kínálata és minősége is megfelelő. A parkoló szűkös, de megoldják, hogy mindenki elférjen.

Piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare dove non manca nulla... I proprietari sono molto ospitali e disponibili, ti coccolano a 360 gradi... Ci torno sempre volentieri... Lo consiglio vivamente... A presto..

Sono due anni che pernotto in questo hotel...che dire...5 stelle super meritate! Gentilissimi e disponibili i proprietari, Andrea in primis numero 1.
Camere ordinate e pulite con terrazzino vista panoramica (camere ultimo piano mansardate)...
La colazione squisita con cibi freschi e abbondanti...
La posizione è buona.
Questi due anni sono sempre partito contento e rilassato.
Lo consiglio vivamente!

Un hotel familiare, con una posizione ottima. Mi sono sentita come a casa.
I titolari simpaticissimi, gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.
Le camere pulitissime, la colazione ricca ed ottima.
Sicuramente ci torneró presto, non potevo scegliere posto migliore.

Großer Pluspunkt: direkt im Zentrum, 2 Minuten zum Meer und sehr freundliche Besitzer! Frühstück ist okay, frische Panini würden nicht schaden. Zimmer an sich auch okay, aber die Aussicht teilweise auf Hauswände und Baustelle. Trotzdem absolut zu empfehlen! Komme wieder

Struttura molto comoda. Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti. Camera e bagno puliti. Posizione ottima sia per la spiaggia che per uscire alla sera essendo che si trova in pieno centro. Il letto e i cuscini sono veramente comodi e la colazione a buffet ottima!

Siamo stati bene prezzo giusto. Bella zona servita con tutto mare pulito almeno la prima settimana d luglio zanzare pochissime Tutto lo staff molto gentile e disponibile camere tenute pulite Parcheggio piccolo … ma sono molto disponibili
