Moxy Milan Malpensa Airport

What a find. Needed an overnighter before we left out in the morning. Booked this hotel and it was great. 10 min walk from the train to front door. Free shuttle that’s a 5 min walk to pick up spot. And it takes you to terminal 1 every 15 minutes. Room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Get a token for free soft drink and free breakfast. I know where I’m staying over next time in Milan l.

They warmly welcomed us with treats and decorations for our honeymoon trip, and the 'Moxy Sleeper Room' was incredibly cozy with a very comfortable queen bed. We deeply appreciate the service and had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Perfect location for an early morning departure. Very convenient to the terminal 2 train station so it was an easy transfer from Milan Central to the train to the airport. What is the specials? We found the staff to be very accommodating and thinking about special extra things to make our visit more pleasant.

We stayed here twice, whilst in transit. The bar is open all night and the negroni cocktails are fantastic. The Moxy is located across the road from Terminal 2. There is a free transfer bus which runs every 15 minutes during the day. When we arrived back in Milan we landed at Terminal 1 at 2am. We ended up getting a taxi back to the Moxy at Terminal 2 which cost £20. We never had the breakfast as we had early flights.

Stopped by to have breakfast before my PM flight at T2. Limited choices of food but decent quality, especially the butter croissants are impressive. It serves an ideal place as an extensive lounge from the T2.

Love the LED mood lighting! Very swanky. Only 2 horrible pillows on the bed and no extras. No closet. There is a uggage rack, stool, and chair. Plenty of horizontal surfaces to set things on. Plenty of outlets and usb. Small efficient bathroom with nice shower and large counter to set stuff on. Towel bars and hooks to hang things. Small Refrigerator, coffee maker. Heat and Ac thermostat didn’tseem to do anything.

I recently encountered an unexpected and distressing situation during my visit to Milan when I missed my flight to Paris and had fallen victim to a pickpocketing incident, losing my phone in the process. After a harrowing night spent at the airport and filing a police report, I arrived at Hotel Moxy quite late at 3:30 AM, emotionally overwhelmed and with nowhere to stay.

Mr. Roland, the manager on duty, displayed an exceptional level of empathy and kindness. Despite the late hour, he not only helped soothe my distress but also provided me with water, coffee, and crucially, assisted me in arranging the next available flight out of Milan. His unwavering support during this challenging time was a true testament to his dedication and care for guests.

During my day-long stay at Hotel Moxy, Mr. Shareef was another remarkable individual whose infectious positivity and humor managed to lift my spirits amidst the stress I was facing. His genuine smile and jokes brought a much-needed smile to my face, turning what could have been an entirely stressful experience into one where I felt cared for and supported.

The compassion and assistance I received from these two gentlemen, Mr. Roland and Mr. Shareef, went far beyond their job responsibilities. Their willingness to go the extra mile and provide exceptional hospitality to a stranger in need will forever be ingrained in my memory.

Hotel Moxy not only provided me with a comfortable stay but also offered an unparalleled level of care and support during a challenging time. I am immensely grateful to Mr. Roland, Mr. Shareef, and the entire team at Hotel Moxy for their extraordinary kindness and unwavering support. Perfect location, opposite terminal 2.

Comfortable and clean rooms.

Staff with excellent attitude, even at stupid o clock in the morning.

Offered a free cocktail🍹 per person.

Could not have more than 2 people in a room through, even children.

This hotel was perfect and exactly what we needed for a nights stay before an early flight. We arrived at the train station (terminal1) and got on the free shuttle. It runs 24 hrs a day and never more than a 30 minute wait. The hotel is in front of the shuttle stop at terminal 2.
Check in was easy and the employees are patient and friendly. There a bar with seats as well as table seating through the lobby where people are eating drinking and on computers. Food and drinks can be ordered at the cash register at the end of the bar. When the food is ready you pick it up from a window. I wish they would have the menu displayed somewhere. There was only one menu and it was a clip board with papers. The items are overpriced but it was convenient and the food was fresh and tasty. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and clean. Bed was comfortable, clean and fresh. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location at MXP T2, to stay overnight in case you have night flight. This time we stayed here one night upon arrival and another night before departure. Reception desk open 24/7.
Here you have MXP free shuttle service 24/7, connecting T1, T2, and different parking lots, to reach any car rental agency you want.

The hotel is a short walk across the car park from the terminal 2 arrivals hall. Reception is ope 24 hours a day, and the staff were friendly.
The hotel is modern, and clean, and it's ideal if you're staying overnight at the airport.

We stayed at Moxy Malpensa for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is very nice, cosy and comfortable. Don’t miss the versatile and good breakfast! Having lot’s of fun is the point choosing this hotel.

The staff was really nice. I arrived from the airport about midnight and by the time I got my luggage it was late. It was hard to find a hotel last minute. I caught the airport shuttle to Moxy and they had availability. I was able to buy delicious sandwiches and beverages at that time of morning. The rooms were real clean. The next block was the train station to Milan center or you can caught a bus. It was a great experience

The perfect airport hotel..three minutes walk from terminal 2 departures! Hip hotel...fun decor..fun bar...friendly clean soundproof ! Honestly a fantastic choice for our 7am flight out..and 24 hour coffee shop with flight departure board!

Customer service, breakfast and the style of the lobby were exceptional. The location is good if you need to fly from/to Malpensa airport.

The hotel room was standard. Cosy and clean with nice products (shampoo, lotion).

Because of the great atmosphere, I would come anytime again! Loved it.

Our flight was due to land at 10pm, so we booked this for the night, making sure we had a good nights sleep and then travel out to Milan in the morning. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t land till 12am, so this was perfect.

We landed at T1, there’s a free shuttle bus between the terminals 24hours a day, we jumped on this and were dropped outside T2, literally a 2-3min walk and we were there.

Sadly due to the time, there was no food available to order nearby, also no hot food available at MOXY as the kitchen had closed, so had to sleep quite hungry.

Aside from that, clean, reasonably priced and perfectly located

Easy access to Centrale Station in the center of Milam, Italy.

A friendly staffs, great location at a shuttle bus stop, rooms are generous size and interiors are beautiful and comfortable same time fun and pop. Cafeteria and bar space are the best, we spent a lot of time at the open areas.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay for an early flight. My flight was at 5:55am so I stayed here. The staff were friendly and it was fairly easy to access. Just follow the Moxy signs (p2 and p3 on the ground level of Malpensa) to take the free shuttle from in front of the Sheraton hotel. From there, it’s less than ten minutes ride. Free shuttle runs 24/7 (every 20-30 minutes depending on time of day) so I took the 3:30am shuttle in the morning and had no problems. The room was clean and had everything you need (except a mini fridge).

After having our flight cancelled last minute we had to find a hotel close enough to the airport to catch our early morning flight on the next day.
After browsing and reading some nice reviews we decided to book the night at the Moxy hotel.
Overall it was a great experience, the room was very clean and quiet, the shower is well equipped with both shampoo and conditioner which really made my day.
They offer a modest variety of good quality meals and drinks, we ordered pizza which was very tasty.
The service was super quick and the staff was super lovely and helpful.
