Beautiful place and felt to be very clean, new and well organized (as it is).
I went in a working day of dicember/2021 and until 10:00 almost no costumer was there. (great for me, but...)
The presence of not a lot of people felt wrong, becouse looking to such a great and new supermarket seems wrong to have not the place full of costumer.
I think that the problem is coming from the fact that the people are quite habitual for their periodic shopping, and a new place need some time to collect new costumer.

As I mentioned on the previous comment on Esselunga, it's one of the best Supermarkets in Italy but the staff are only 10% friendly and my opinion they should speak at least English and another language being by the border with Switzerland..

Quest Esselunga è una micro città. Ogni reparto è completo e fornitissimo. Ampi spazi e tanti servizi. Gra dissimo parcheggio conn colonnine per le auto elettriche, bancomat, grandissimo bar mto elegante per chi attende con pagamento in casse speciali che consentoni a chi deve servirti di non toccare il denaro. Enormi ascensori. Sta da verificare se anche i prezzi sono così competitivi. Tante casse consentono di sbrigarsi in fretta. Personale gentile. Peccato che non hanno trovato il modo di far entrare il cagnolino che però ha potuto attendere insieme a me, mio marito, negli ampi spazi prima di entrare nell alimentari

Piccolo punto vendita in Viale Borri ma sempre ben fornito. Ristrutturato, pulito ed accogliente.
