San Martino is a small village sitting over the valley of the river Fiora. The view of the valley is one of the best in this part of Tuscany where ancient Etruscans settled down and where the man was born in this rich land of biodiversity and food become the essential for generations to come and so the bread made with flour of ancient grains where the traditions is still produced by Paolo in his little family bakery which smell and flavours reminds me of the past when Bread was the meaning of hunger, poverty and pleasure.I can't never forget this kind skilled man and friend that still exist and the local people who are working and produced this ancient grains and flour in this beautiful land WHERE THE MAN WAS BORN and so PAOLO.

El mejor pan de toda la Toscana. Hacen tartas, pizzas y cualquier clase de pan que te imagines. Paolo el artesano tiene el secreto mejor guardado. Ombretta en la tienda lo vende todo cada día. Pan recién hecho, artesanal y con horno de leña desde 1952

Le pizze sono buonissime anche il pane ma adoro i biscotti salati sono eccezionali consigliatissimo

Il forno (a legna) per eccellenza! Panificazione varia e pasticceria da leccarsi i baffi! Pani, dolci tipici e tradizionali, con cui farete una bella figura regalandoli ma soprattutto mangiandoli! Rilevante la produzione del "pagnottone" che è da premio Oscar!

Questo panificio offre il miglior pane (a mio parere) di tutta il comprensorio. Un pane che rimane tale a che per quattro giorni. Inoltre ha una buona tipologia di pani. Lo consiglio!!!
