Friendly restaurant with good home cooking and great awareness for gluten intolerance.
The gluten free ragu and tomato pasta were great. There are several gluten free desserts as well. The service is friendly and we highly recommend this place.

Booked for Sunday lunch and not disappointed. All excellent.

Friendly homely feel restaurant, fabulous food, fabulous service, well priced and highly recommended. The carp with flavours of the Trasimeno Lago was exceptional as was the chicory flan with Pecorino cream. Just wow. Nice touch with a welcome Prosecco too.

Amazing food in a surprising and out of the way place. You would be hard pressed to get a meal like this in big city USA for 3x the price. If you find yourself near Tuoro sul Trasimeno, it's worth going out of your way for. Beautiful ambiance and warm, helpful wait staff, though little English is spoken.

Very idyllic restaurant with the true charm of an Osteria. Delicious dishes at absolutely reasonable prices. Local produce and wine of high quality and freat service. An absolute recommendation!

Davvero buono questo ristorante in un vicolo del piccolo centro di Tuoro. Abbiamo assaggiato un antipasto di salumi e formaggi tipici locali, degli ottimi pici al ragù di chianina, e di secondo un coniglio porchettato con Noci e fichi e dell'ottimo goulash. Il locale è piccolo ma molto carino, siamo stati all'interno perché era inverno ma in estate si mangia anche fuori sotto la pergola che da il nome al locale. Il personale è stato gentile e il prezzo adeguato. È uno di quei posti dove si torna volentieri.

5 tafeltjes binnen en een leuk overdekt terras, hoewel ze tegenwoordig ook een terrasje in een hoek van het Piazza Garibaldi in hebben gericht, met een prachtig uitzicht over het meer.
De kaart is klein met vooral lokale gerechten en dus veel vis, maar ook vegetarisch en een filetto di manzo alla grilla ontbreken niet, maar heel speciaal bereid.
Voorbeeld: carpaccio di salmone con mela 🍏! Verrassend lekkere combinatie, fris smakelijk.
Vraag de bediening naar een passende wijn: wij kregen een heerlijke frisse maar volle fruitige rosato van Fiorda (uiteraard uit Umbrië, van cabernet, 4 maanden op eikenhout) geserveerd.
Ook in 2022 smaakt dezelfde wijn, nu jaargang 2021, weer heerlijk. Fris maar toch veel smaak.

5 tables inside and a nice covered terrace, although nowadays they also have a terrace in a corner of the Piazza Garibaldi, with a beautiful view over the lake.
The menu is small with mainly local dishes and therefore a lot of fish, but also vegetarian and a filetto di manzo alla grilla are available, all very specially prepared.
Example: carpaccio di salmone con mela 🍏! Surprisingly delicious combination, fresh tasting.
Ask the waiter for a suitable wine: we got served a delicious fresh but full-bodied fruity rosato by Fiorda (obviously from Umbria, from cabernet grapes, 4 months in oak barrels).

Bij toeval hier terecht gekomen tijdens een fietstocht. Wat een geweldige ervaring. Heerlijk gegeten op het mooie terras. Een prachtig leuk restaurantje met een superaardige bediening, aanrader!

Vengo di tanto in tanto a Tuoro a trovare degli amici che abitano qui, ma questa volta abbiamo deciso di andare a pranzo fuori. Ci hanno portato in questa piccola osteria, locale carino e accogliente. Le titolari sono due, una che si occupa della cucina e l'altra che si occupa della sala.Non sono esperto di pesce di lago, e mi sono fatto suggerire dai miei amici,e ammetto è stata un'ottima scoperta. Piatti saporiti e gustosi, quantità giuste e prezzi onesti. Da ritornarci. Chiude il martedì a pranzo ho letto.
