10 stars! We really enjoyed the food, the service and the atmosphere. The dessert was one of the best we ever had! Ice cream with blue cheese and pears in red wine. Highly recommend.

We had a marvellous experience. We were treated with care and courtesy from the start and throughout after that. The welcoming glass of prosecco was a lovely touch. The atmosphere was authentic and sophisticated. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Above all, the food was excellent and the portion size made it possible to savour each course properly. The excellent red wine was served at a temperature to show it to maximum benefit. We would highly recommend a visit.

Really like this place, super food and service and a lovely atmosphere. Very different menu for the area and they are happy to adapt for my vegetarian diet, non of this can't deviate from the menu nonsense. Good value, 3 courses, 2 bottles of wine Inc a Sagrantino for 4 people, just over 200 euro!

We came for our anniversary dinner. Every single dish was amazing!! (Definitely get the snails!) I am gluten free and the waiter knew by heart all of the dishes that were gluten free and pointed them out for me (about 80% of the menu is safe!) The chef makes the gluten free bread that is served with several dishes in house and it was one of my favorite gluten free breads I have ever had. The combinations of ingredients on every plate was incredible—several dishes have a little gelato on them which was surprising as I’ve never experienced that before but it was so so so good with what it was paired with (the hot and cold, the flavors, everything). Favorite restaurant in Umbria hands down. Thank you for a lovely night :)

This new restaurant has created a new quality benchmark within Tuoro. Rapid and friendly service are accompanied by superbly prepared dishes.

Very nice restaurant in the small town of Tuore near lake Trasimeno. Excellent food, great wine and friendly, very hard working staff. Great place to sit outside with a large terras. Best food we had in Italy sofar. Highly recommended.

We did not expect this level of excellence at all, when we went to this restaurant! Amazing food - the chef makes great choices, you can taste the level of quality produce, creativity and passion for food. Also, the service was great - one of the best wine services I've ever had! Overall a most go place!

Sidenote: we had a baby with us and it got a bit chilly. The owner offered us a blanket (table cloth) to take with us so the baby is warm - so so sweet!

Incredible service with attention for details; eg bubbles upon arrival, olive oil on the table, splitting dishes in the kitchen when indicating to share. Food and wine were delicious and inventive.

Was für ein Genuss! Sowohl das schöne Ambiente als auch das kulinarische Können sind es einen Besuch wert. Wir haben einen Tisch am Silvesterabend gebucht und (als völlig Fremde) den schönsten Platz bekommen: an einem ruhigen Tisch in der Ecke, aber mit dem schönsten Blick. Auch unser Hund war kein Problem (vorher angekündigt). Das Menü - einmal vegetarisch, einmal fisch- & fleischhaltig - bestand aus je 8 Gerichten und jedes davon war eine kleine Offenbarung. Bereits bei Nr. 5 waren wir satt. Bei Nr. 7 angekommen, hatten wir Probleme, das Dessert zu uns zu nehmen - die Portionen waren nämlich gar nicht klein.
Die größte Überraschung war wohl das Gorgonzola-Eis - schmeckt erstaunlich lecker! Aber auch andere Kreationen, die aus der Küche kamen, ließen zum keinen Zeitpunkt Langeweile aufkommen. Auch die Weinberatung war gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Abend in vollen Zügen genossen. Auch die Kommunikation vorab per Mail war einwandfrei. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Abbiamo pranzato oggi in questo bel ristorante in occasione di un compleanno (e al momento del dolce hanno anche messo la musica 'Tanti Auguri'!). Personale molto professionale e gentile. Locale molto bello e curato. Pietanze diverse da ciò che viene proposto solitamente, molto ben presentate e davvero ottime, dall'antipasto al dolce, passando per i panini ai vari gusti.

Sono diverse volte che mangiamo in questa osteria ed è sempre una conferma! La chef bravissima sa accontentare ogni palato ed esigenza, anche per chi è vegetariano e vegano… fiori di zucca fritti, paccheri con verdure, semifreddo vegan alla fragola squisito. Viene offerto anche del prosecco e un piccolo entrè. Anche la location curata e la vista sul lago sono bellissime!
