A fabulous experience!
The hotel is very modern and stylishly arranged. The rooms are tastefully designed. The best part is the pool, the breakfast and the view! It's like a painting. The restaurant was great. We really recommend this place for a relaxing experience, especially for couples, but also for families.

A paradise, an oasis in the middle of the countryside with beautiful view on the Etna. All staff are extremely friendly . Very very dedicated. Breakfast and evening meal is delicious. Lovely architecture and decorated with a lot of good taste. Swimming pool and bar are so refreshed and relaxing. What an amazing discovery ☀

The perfect holiday. Staff couldn't do enough for you but weren't overbearing. Stunning location. Room was immaculate and cleaned daily along with fresh towels. 100% need a car though and there are no nearby restaurants but quality of the food at the hotel was fantastic so this wasnt an issue. Overall excellent value for money and would absolutely visit again.

This place is truly magical if you are looking for a relaxed stay in Sicily. The breakfast and in particular the dinners are absolutely world class, the wine selection perfect and the staff is fantastic. We stayed there with two families for a week and can highly recommend it in every aspect.

Wonderful luxury spot with a fantastic scenery overlooking rolling hills with mount Etna looming in the horizon.
We had just one night stopover so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and the full menu, but the weekly pizza night was of high class and the breakfast extraordinary.
It is built on a small farm of mostly vines and olives that is nice for a little walk.

Our stay was unfortunately cut short due to a flight cancellation forcing us to leave earlier than anticipated and as such we were only able to spend one night here.

I'll start with the only negative aspect, the Internet is not great and barely use able for even light surfing - this wouldn't have mattered for us at all without the unfortunate necessity to use it to hastily look for alternative travel options. So in 99/100 cases this is completely irrelevant. Just bare it in mind if you are reliant on having Internet for your stay.

Onto the experience itself. Wow. The location is exceptional, the views are just beautiful. On a clear day you have a prime view of the snowy cap of etna, the rolling hills which surround the hotel and far off down the valley which the hotel sits atop. Not only is the location excellent but its clear great care and attention have been put into the grounds too, perfectly manicured bedding areas and lawns with an array or colour and lovely smells. The gardeners are doing a hell of a job. The staff are friendly and attentive, cannot fault them here at all. The facilities are all clean, fresh and aesthetically brilliant, the hotel has a nice feeling to it and is a great mix of rustic and modern.

The real stand out for us was dinner. Truly special, not only were the dishes we ordered perfectly cooked and incredibly good, we were treated to certain local delights. We were given, for free, a fresh, still hot, loaf of their own homemade bread to enjoy with butter and olive oil from the farm and grounds. Couple this with a 4 piece taster offering of interesting seasonal creations made up by the chef, really great touch. One of the best dinners I've ever had.

All I can say is I'm sad I had to cut my stay short and leave early. If I'm ever back in Sicily I will certainly book here again.

A Gem in the middle of Sicily. Perfect spot to flee from the mass tourism and crowds. They have their own restaurant with 5 star food.

Great hotel with a fantastic view and a even more fantastic chef. The vegan dinner was one of the best we ever had.

Peaceful beautiful place outside the city with small but nice farm. There is not much around it but it’s an advantage for those who wants to be in nature for a while.

The rooms are not soundproof so it can be noisy sometimes. But overall perfect place to stay ! We really enjoyed it!

Breathtaking and worth the trip out to this beautiful resort located in the mountains for Regalbuto. My fiancé and I came here to celebrate our engagement and it was beautiful to be in the nature together.

Amazing food from breakfast to dinner. The rooms are very modern, spacious and comfortable. On the whole the place is very well kept and the stuff are really nice, well educated and helpful. Really quiet during the day and even at night. It was a really nice stay and would definitely come again 😊

Charming hotel in a quiet place, its location is great to explore the surroundings. The rooms are very comfortable and neat, and the ones at the Etna side have an amazing view as well!

The staff is amazing, very friendly and caring. One of the advantages is that they have their own restaurant - we had 3 dinners in a row and all 3 were delicious. They offer plenty of local products, and only the very best Sicilian wine.

A place no less then perfect, with a spectacular view over mount Etna. The wine list is impressive and food almost worth of a Micheline star. Verry friendly staff. We will definitely come back to this place.
