Lovely place with welcoming staff, the moment u enter u feel all eyes on you since it was full of locals but then the staff is really nice and helpful. We had starters and pasta and couldn't fault anything really. The price is also very good for a restaurant neat the sea. The best thing is they have a free car park so really useful

Excellent location, free parking, rooms for the money are beautiful, clean and spacious, the biggest impression is the entire staff, from the reception to the bar and the owner, you have to see for yourself about the kitchen... simply wonderful

So lovely, we saw the pictures and decided to go here and it was everything we hoped for. It was a 15 minute walk from where we were staying but worth it. One of the best meals we had in Sicily and all the people were so friendly. One of the cooks even gave us a ride home after. They were above and beyond.

Such a fantastic experience. The food, the wine and the atmosphere were all top notch. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially considering that my Italian is nonexistent.

I would definitely recommend Andrea Il Pirata to anyone that wants a great night out.

Oh, and the tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had.

Thank you Salvatore!

Second visit and there will be many more. This is superior neighborhood eatery.Good prices meets great food. Quintessentially Sicilian. Great, fun, warm service. They know what they're doing, they love doing it. 6 stars!

My wife and I were on our way to the airport in Palermo after a two week Sicilian vacation. We wanted one last authentic meal and were reluctant to have it in the airport. We didn't have much time, but found this restaurant with a quick search. When I walked in there was a group of Italian Coast Guardsmen sitting in the dining room and no one else, for a moment I thought they were closed to the public, but when I asked the the host said they were open. We sat down and I started by apologizing and telling him we were in a rush, because the last thing you should do (or can do in most cases) in Italy is rush a meal. We both ordered spaghetti with clams, and a glass of wine. This is one of my favorite meals and I'd had it several times through Sicily, and this may have been the best, the bread was also delicious. We were in and out in 45 minutes, the host offered coffee, limoncello, desert, but we had to decline and it killed me to say no. Highly recommended, but make sure you have ample time to enjoy;-)

Excellent sea food and fish restaurant.
We went there on a Wednesday for lunch, the place filled up with local people as we were there.

We ate a big plate of Antipasti misti that were simply delicious, we chose what we wanted in the mix and were happily surprised with the quantity of food that we got served.

Natale took care of us and knew so much about what was on the menu and guided us on what to take and we did not regret following his advice on the dessert that was amazing. (Picture attached)

Strongly recommend this place, they have a good offer for a big menu for 35€ with antipasti, primi, secondi and drinks including wine.

Nothing but good for this place, run by a passionate family.
We spent our first night in Sicily here and later decided to come back for another 3 days.
All the rooms are new; both times we got a room with nice new bathroom and floor and a great bed.
We could park our car at the back of the hotel, a baby bed was no problem and we could use the restaurant's fridge for baby's bottle-feeding.
Beach and small city within walking distance.
Oh, almost forgot to mention that the food is amazing too.

Hotel is located very close to Palermo airport, about 10km. It's great choose if you have early morning or late night flights.
Our room was spacy, clean. Good wi-fi. There is elevator, so it's easy to carry luggage. And there are parking lot near hotel.
You can get italian breakfast - hot drinks, juces and some pastries.
And there are great, local style restaurant, too. Very tasty, fresh seafood. We had great dinner here.
For sure we will return here again.

Good quality to price ratio. Fish on order before, will be excellent and prepared to your satisfaction. He got a 9 pounds fish for the 3 of us and cooked it to perfection, in appetizer, then first course, then main, then desset. Good wines too. Go!
