Montemezzi hotel

Had a great experience staying here. The service is unparalleled to anywhere I have been in Europe. The staff (Anna, Ismail) are so helpful- they helped me with navigating the transportation, arranging the cab in off hours, and attended to any/all of my queries patiently. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The guests have access to 24*7 complimentary water and tea - which I have not seen anywhere!!
The only downside is the location - it is a bit far from the center city. However, there are a few direct buses (fixed timings during the day). But, for this much of comfort, I was okay with not staying in the center :)
Will be visiting again :)

Nice hotel and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and manager. Ismael and Anna (actually all of them) incredibly friendly. We were "rescued" by them when our car broke down in the middle of the night 30 km away and no taxi available. They picked us up and got us back to the hotel!

Cycling from Verona to Ostiglia as a stage in longer tour from the north we were stuck for campsites. This hotel offered excellent alternative. Good value for money. Bit of luxury was very welcome. Staff so accomodating

The group of artists “10 Tenors” 1.04 and I went to Spain on tour and stayed overnight at this hotel. The first thing I want to thank the hotel for is that we arrived very late, at about 24.00, they waited for us at the reception and quickly accommodated us. Although the rooms are not new, the most important thing is that they are clean and comfortable. In the morning, a very tasty breakfast made from natural products awaited us, and the croissant with coffee was like in the best restaurants. Now we are returning from Spain and decided to stay at this wonderful hotel on April 21. I advise everyone.

Luciano, Ismeal, Anna and the cleaning staff, plus others are all an amazing credit, not only to the hotel but the hospitality industry has a whole, thank you for making our journey extra special.

This place doesn’t feel like a hotel it feels more like a home 10/10, would recommend to anybody, visiting the region

Nice hotel but I only didn’t like bed sheet. You should find more cotton and softer sheets. Except for this everything is good

Very nice accommodation. Service was great, we arrived quite late, but they made it feel like getting a bit of dinner before bed was not a problem. Loved getting a little gift when we left as well!

Nice and big rooms. Very lovely stuff. After check out we got small gift, it was really makes me happy. The hotel just little far to city.

Large rooms ,clean, quiet neighbourhood ,parking included ,indicated for budget visit Verona ,mic dejun -continental bunisor (neinclus) ultrafiltered cool water in reception ,overall good good services

Very good hotel! I really have nothing to complain about. Room, bathroom and everything is clean. My room was also bigger from rooms in other hotels in Italy which I have visited. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful, all well speaking English (don't know about other foreign languages). Breakfast is also very good (they serve salami, cheese, eggs, bacon, cereals, cakes, fresh fruits, juices, espresso coffee...). And all of that for very good price. Very close yo hotel,there are several markets (for food) and prices in them are very fine&normal and not higher from regular ones as it often happens in touristic zones. It could be only a bit problematic for tourists who like to be close to the center of the place, because this hotel is not so close to it,so I'd much more recommend it to those tourists who come by car. Otherwise I have only compliments.

It was my third stay at the Montemezzi hotel. It is a nice and comfortable place to stay while on the road. The rooms are big and well equipped, so is the bathroom. The staff is very friendly.
The previous years the breakfast was a highlight at Montemezzi and it was well worth booking it.

My last stay was in August 2020 during the Corona-Crisis and the breakfast was nothing in comparison with the usual Montemezzi breakfast. Almost no alternative to sweet stuff like cakes and no bread. If one doesn't like cake for breakfast, you would stay hungry. I hope the breakfast will return to its former amazing variety after the crisis is over, but until then I wouldn't recommend booking the breakfast as it's not worth the money.

The parking spot in the underground garage is getting more expensive every time I'm there. From 2 to 3 now to 5 Euro for a motorcycle spot for one night is a bit expensive.

It is pricey but so far we are impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The meal we ordered was delicious. The room was clean. We just got here but I'm already planning on coming back next month.

I stayed there from February 25th to 28th with my family.
Large free parking in front of the hotel.
Great breakfast options, the girls who do preparation of breakfast are very friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect for those who travel with car.
Rooms were a good size, clean, cozy, quiet and warm with nice bathroom, the bed was very comfortable

If they have swimming pool, English channels in television, spa and terrace, I will count this hotel as five stars even without those facilities I count it as 10 stars

A little gem in the country. This hotel is very reasonably priced, so save $'s on accommodation and pay for parking in the centre of Verona. Only a 20 minute drive into Verona, this hotel is very friendly and very comfortable.All front of house staff speak English and are very helpful. The breakfast for €8/person is excellent value. There is also a great trattoria/pizza place 200 mtrs up the road. Parking is easy and atmosphere relaxed.

Excellent hotel very spacious great customer service. I stayed with my mother for four nights. We stayed at the hotel as a central point to do driving day trips to Milan, Venice, Verona, Lake Garda and Bologna. The hotel has ample parking modern facilities it is located well outside Verona for easy access. The rooms are very spacious and exceptionally clean with great views of the Mountains. The breakfast is sufficient and buffet Style with excellent freshly made coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel for any family. I will definitely be rebooking in summer with my family. Thank you for your wonderful service.
