The hotel staff, such as reception, breakfast or cleaning staff, was very helpful friendly and service oriented. They all were nice to us and also our dog felt well. The room was very hot in August but after a room change we were very happy with our pretty Tuscan room. Thank you again for this solution. Also you have to see this beautiful Italian city Montaione which has shown us the real Italian lifestyle. A nice conclusion of our holiday was the breakfast "goodie bag" when leaving the hotel early in the morning. It as such a sweet surprise. Thank you for all. Greetings from Germany! :)

Lovely hotel in centrally located village overlooking the surrounding countryside. We were lucky to get the suite (in the new part of the hotel) which is huge! The breakfast buffet has everything you expect with freshly made coffees (we still miss Roberta's cappuccino's in the morning at home!) The pool was a welcome refreshment after (or during) a hot summer day. The local pigeons seemed to think so too and used it to quench their thirst. Feature or nuisance? It's up to you. :) Highly recommended as a base to explore Tuscany. The covered parking has two (Tesla) charging points.

Although I am very late in writing this review (a few years...oups!) I recently fell upon pictures from our trip to Montaione and had to say something about this wonderful hotel. This was our final stop on a 3 week trip and it we couldn't have asked for better. The staff was lovely, very helpful, the hotel was very clean and offered a great mix of old and new, the location is great - incredibly peaceful area - and if you are looking for somewhere to relax, this is it. Our 4 days were spent by the pool, taking walks throughout the tiny town, driving out to the country to dine, and enjoying the pizza at the local convenience store. Yep, the convenience store had some amazing pie! It also helped that my husband and I got engaged by the town's fountain, so there's an added bonus. Not sure if it has changed a lot in the past years but, it was a lovely hotel and I recommend it to friends who are heading out that way.

Beautiful hotel very friendly staff, amazing restaurant, food was out of this world delicious,thoroughly enjoyed our stay here will definitely return some day hopefully in the not too distant future

In a VI th century building, this 4* hotel is perfect to live the real tuscany wild life, an historic building with charming origianal rooms, nice restaurant and great swimming pool for summer hot days, the front office staff is professional and helpfull!!!

Gode di un' ottima posizione, perfetta se si vogliono visitare i paesi di Volterra e San Gimignano.
Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile, le camere pulite e accoglienti e frigobar ben rifornito.
L'acqua all'interno della doccia non era "stabile", nel senso che andava dal gelido al rovente in maniera del tutto casuale e autonoma. Il buffet della colazione era molto completo ed inerente alle esigenze culturali di ogni turista. Un po' fastidiosi i piccioni a bordo piscina che tuttavia venivano prontamente allontanati dagli appositi segnali acustici. Acqua freddina.

Hotel a quattro stelle davvero molto all'avanguardia! Munito di piscina esterna e giardino. Gode di un buon panorama ed è super consigliato per le coppie. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, lo stesso vale per i bagni. La colazione offre tanti prodotti di buonissima qualità. Ha il WiFi gratuito. Consigliatissimo!!!

Ottimo hotel situato in un palazzo storico ristrutturato a Montaione. Bellissime e spaziose le camere. Molto bella anche la piscina circondata da un giardino ricavato sulle mura del paese. Personale molto cordiale e disponobile.
Molto interessante anche il ristorante che prepara ottimi piatti della tradizione toscana rivisitati.

Un ambiente molto elegante nel pieno centro di Montaione. Persone cordiali, disponibili e professionali ci hanno aiutato a vivere ottimamente il nostro soggiorno. Ottimo anche il ristorante, soprattutto se non volete le solite pietanze. Camere molto caratteristiche.

Siamo stati per il weekend posto magnifico! Personale della reception davvero gentilissimo hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta..camere spaziose e con ogni comfort! Torneremo sicuramente..

J'ai retrouvé cet hôtel après 5 ans de questionnement et je viens de retrouver le petit gel douche que j'avais concervé.
J'y suis allé avec mon ami il y a 5 ans, le cadre est romantique, le personnel etait aux petits soins, l'ambiance était chaleureuse...
Tout était parfait !

Hotel di charme in palazzo storico, anche se presente ala nuova. Piscina esterna. Da segnalare il ristorante gourmet che si presta anche per organizzare eventi.

Séjour de 5 nuits . excellent.Toutefois chambre un peu loin de l'accueil et dans l'annexe. Bonne table .Bon rapport qualité prix
