This is the most suggestive place I’ve ever eaten a pizza with the most light dough. We tried different type of pizza and the most icon one (Margherita sbagliata). Although my favourite was “Scarpetta”

If you’re into Naples-style pizza this is your place. They use high quality ingredients and the dough is really fluffy and light. Besides the classic ones, you can also find some peculiar ones, which I think is a huge plus for the adventurous people who wants to try some new combinations. The location is definitely a nice one since it is surrounded by trees and makes you feel immerse in nature.

Great service and some of the best pizzas ever. The dough is so good you could just eat it plain, and the fried pizza cones were mindblowing.

Most delicious pizza I’ve ever tasted. Very complex, light and airy crust…you can tell the chef has mastered the right balance of proofing and managing the dough.

Hands down the best pizza of my life (both the dough and the toppings are mind blowing). I went couple of weeks ago and I’m still thinking about it. Also the location is very cool with an outside garden. Amazing view of the lake and the vineyards if you walk up to the hotel’s bar

The best pizza I’ve ever had after 4 years living in Italy and searching. Ready to book a trip to Naples to see if the original location has even better pizza. Stay tuned. Until then, if you’re in northern Italy - try it.

La pizza è strepitosa: ingredienti semplici ma tutti di ottima qualità, impasto soffice e leggero, molto digeribile, gusto pieno. Anche la vista è ripagata perché oltre ad essere buona, la pizza di Franco Pepe è anche bella!
