L'albero delle noci B&B

I wish I could give this magical space 6 stars.
The photos don't do it justice, the views of the lake from our private balcony were spectacular, even the giant bathroom has it's own balcony and lovely views.
We stayed in 'Minou' which is the best and most romantic room, beautifully decorated with antiques and a sublimely comfortable bed.
There is a kitchen shared with the other room, well stocked with wines and beers (for a small extra charge) for making small meals. A convenience store is close by.
The village also boasts a wonderful restaurant.
the beautifully presented breakfasts were one of the highlights, healthy, filling made from local ingredients and different every day.
We arrived by train and Nadia was happy to pick us up and drop as off which was a great help because the town (Mandello del Lario) though close by, is a steep walk downhill.
She even gave us lifts into other parts of the lake which was extremely kind.
We can really recommend her daughter Emma's sailing trip, really good value at €120 including beer, Prossecco and nibbles
This is a lovely part of the lake, friendly, quiet, no tourists and authentically Italian,
Nadia made us feel like part of the family, we will miss her and can't wait to go back

Great place to stay! The room was spacious, very clean and had a great lake view. The breakfast was amazing! Next to that Nadia was willing to help with with everything you need.

Beautiful little B&B with lovely owner and great breakfasts! Walnut Tree 2 is very quaint room with great view of lake from bedroom.

Wir waren für drei Nächte in Nadias oberem Zimmer und sind immer noch voller Freude und Begeisterung für diesen wunderschönen Ort und ihre zauberhaften Gastgeberkünste. Vielen lieben Dank, liebe Nadia, für alles! Wir waren ihre ersten Gäste der Saison und sie war trotzdem perfekt vorbereitet. Die Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sowie die Terrasse und der Garten sind mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Aus unserem Fenster hatten wir einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Comer See und konnten die Abendsonne genießen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und jedem, der die Ostseite des Sees bereist, raten, hier einen Halt einzulegen. Schnell buchen :-)

Ich habe 4 Tage an diesem wunderschönen Platz verweilen dürfen. Es war ein Genuss dort zu wohnen. Das Haus, die Aussicht und vor allem die Gastfreundschaft sind ein Gedicht. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti all'albero delle noci, era un viaggio di lavoro, ma di fatto si è trasformato più in un weekend di piacere. Nadia e Giulio sono ottimi padroni di casa, hanno riservato per noi un'accoglienza impeccabile. E che colazione!!! La struttura è stupenda, ristrutturata finemente. Da tornarci senz'altro!

nous avons passé 3 jours au lac de Côme avec pour demeure ce magnifique b&b. maison en pierre avec plusieurs appartement. Déco soignée et de qualité, ça pourrait être la maison de nos rêves avec la vue sur le lac.
La propriétaire est charmante et vous prépare de délicieux petit déjeuné avec des produits locaux.
Il faudra être à l'aise avec l'anglais et faire attention à la voiture car l'accès à la propriété est assez étroit.

wir haben hier 4 Nächte verbracht und waren begeistert. Nadias B+B ist wunderschön, die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr hübsch , Nadia ist eine sehr herzliche , aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die ein hervorragendes Frühstück zubereitet

La atención es inmejorable, el desayuno mejor que en un 5 estrellas, Nadia y Julio son impecables,te sentís como en casa, o mejor!
La vista al lago perfecta.
