We had the privilege to photograph an intimate wedding in this stunning venue and it was everything simply perfect. Lupaia is located in an intimate area outside of the crowds and the stress of the city, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the Tuscan hills. Every corner is so photogenic and can given to any wedding ceremony here an elevated timeless look. Super recommended!!

Everything about Lupaia is an absolute DREAM. This is truly the most magical and beautiful property I’ve ever stayed at. The location, the service, the rooms, the attention to detail, the food, the drinks, the staff, the views — EVERYTHING here is to die for. You truly can’t get better than this. We ended our honeymoon at Lupaia and it was by far our favorite part of our 3 week trip. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and by the end of our trip we felt like family. Words can’t describe how wonderful our stay was, we wish we could stay forever!!!

Don’t miss their tasting menu for dinner (some of the best food we had our entire trip), the pasta cooking class and spending time by the pool. We loved every experience we had here. The photos you see online don’t even come close to capturing the beauty and soul of this property.

Highly recommend spending time at Lupaia, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to the amazing team here who made our experience so special, we are already planning our next trip back!

What a special place! My husband and I spent four nights here during our honeymoon and loved it. Our room was very spacious and we really enjoyed all of the antique furniture and details - really fits the historic nature of the property. The private courtyard adjacent to our room was also a huge plus. We had dinner in their restaurant 3/4 nights and it was fantastic each time. Staff was wonderful - friendly and accomodating. We hope to be back in the summer months to enjoy the pool!

The grounds around immaculately kept, there is so much to explore within the compound. The staff will show you the true meaning of customer service, every single request we made was carried out with the utmost urgency and professionalism. The food and wine and top tier. The atmosphere of the area is amazing and I can not wait to go back!

I don’t usually write reviews but this boutique hotel deserves one. Lupaia’s attention to details is impeccable. From checking in late (10pm) with one off porter services, catering to our personal needs (with a 3 year old) to accommodating to our last minute request to book a wine tasting, everything was well taken care of by the team. They definitely go an extra mile to make sure we are welcomed and feel at home. They are also very responsive on WhatsApp whenever you have any questions or requests. Rooms are gorgeous and very clean, housekeeping twice a day. They have a hot pool which is great for cold weather. Meals especially breakfast spread is wonderful. Private wine tasting is also a must try.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and everything was absolutely perfect and magical! The staff were ALL so friendly and the service was amazing. Very flexible and responsive, and they made us feel like the only guests there. The resort has so many wonderful activities and experiences to take part in, and we really felt at home there. We would recommend to anyone and hope to come back many more times in the future!

Where to start? Lupaia was the highlight of our 11 day Italy vacation. It exceeded every expectation we had. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel like we were their only guests. The rooms are perfect, the views are stunning and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the cooking class! Our only regret was that we could not stay longer, 3 nights was not enough.

BEST HOTEL IN TUSCANY! Wow. Lupaia sets the bar high. Not only are the hotel grounds incredible, but the service is extraordinary. Great service comes when service is provided before you even have to ask for it, and that’s what Lupaia does. We are so grateful we had the opportunity to stay here, and we’ll be definitely be coming back.

I read through some of the old reviews and can say the negative reviews are inaccurate and not true based on what we experienced in October 2023. This place is top of the line, and you’re sure to have a memorable experience. Lupaia is an award-worthy hotel.

Every detail of Lupaia was stunning. We were absolutely blown away. If you can stay here- DO! The value/cost is completely fair, the rooms well designed, the property stunning. The food was the best we had in Italy.

Incredible and astonishing place in Tuscany. Red and white wine is a dream. The view is breathtaking.

This is our favorite place that we’ve ever stayed. Wonderful staff and service and the 5 course tasting menu is fabulous.

If you are looking for small boutique with amazing views and food this is it!

Lupaia is far and away the best hotel/resort I've ever stayed at. The grounds are stunning, the service is impeccable and the food is amazing. We truly felt like royalty staying there, and with so few guests at any one time, it feels like a private resort. We only stayed two nights given the price, but made the most of the experience by staying on property for the majority of the visit and enjoying the pool, walking trails and restaurant. I dream of going back one day!

This place was a true oasis. It is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. For someone who values privacy and feeling comfortable, this place is exactly the perfect place for not only amazing food and service, but that home away from home feel. Extreme care and dedication that goes into every aspect of the stay here and it really shows down to the smallest detail. I cannot wait to come back.

Excellent hotel can't wait to return
Stunning private and luxuriously understated boutique hotel. Absolutely loved the sunset negroni experience and the cooking lessons. Dinners are somewhat limited (set menu) but they were adaptive when I asked. Breakfast and lunch are both excellent with very fresh ingredients grown in house and localy. The wine tasting was very informative and we were given a good selection. Staff were so helpful arranging other tastings and moving around our itenary to suit the weather (visited very early season). Very special, relaxing, and romantic place, will be returning next year.

We recently stayed at Lupaia for 3 nights, and had our elopement ceremony on the grounds. This place is MAGICAL! From the views, to the food to the staff everything was perfect. They made our ceremony so stress free, helping us with every detail. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will be back!

My husband and I spent two nights at Lupaia during our honeymoon trip to Italy, and it was magical! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the food was delicious and the scenery was breathtaking. While the weather was less than ideal while we were there, we kept busy with walks around the grounds (stunning even in the rain!), drinking Negronis with a good book, chatting with the other guests, and an incredible cooking class with Andrea. We hope to come back someday and are grateful for our time at Lupaia!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Lupaia on our Tuscan road trip. We can't express how much we loved our stay. It's one of the most welcoming, relaxing, friendly and beautiful resorts. Everyone we encountered was so kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class. I can go on and on... we will be back and i will be recommending this hotel to everyone.

Charming boutique hotel in the tuscany hills, set in quiet private estate. Forgot to mention food is authentic, locally sourced and excellent. Finally unlike some places, it's day 5, and the menu has been different everyday.

Lupaia exceeded our expectations, everything from the amazing panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside to the food, staff, rooms, everything was a dream.
We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was absolutely breathtaking, every little detail was perfect. We loved how each room is unique.

We are destination wedding + elopement photographers so, it was a dream to photograph an elopement at Lupaia!

The staff was extremely kind + accommodating for our couple, but with us as well. When everyone works great together, the outcome is perfect for the couple + all involved.
