Hotel Villa Rita

Love this place second visit. Worth coming for pool alone staff really helpful including Alessandro julie sylvie and ghent . Food very good value. We hope to come back next year to see 3 tenors again which was a magical night!!

I've read all the bad comments before, but they turned out completely false in our case.
The staff was nice and friendly, especially those who work in the restaurant. One night our train was cancelled and didn't make it back on time for dinner, but once we called, they prepared diner for us and took it to our room.
By the way the food was amazing! For breakfast we had plenty options and the same goes for dinner.
Our room was clean but yes, the walls are thin. For us though besides one night it wasn't that disturbing.
It's a 3 start hotel so do not expect the Hilton but I think overall we got great value for our money and I would highly recommend.

Location is close to train station which makes it a perfect base to explore the region by train. The breakfast was varied and very good. Lots of sweets but also healthier alternatives. Pool area is nice too. Room was quite simple and a bit dated. However, considering the price, Hotel Villa Rita, provides excellent value.

Alexia ! I remembered you open with the keys while checking in and the next day door was broken and they had to change the locks and charge you for damages. Your story is absolutely noise. No hotel will give you keys to already broken door😂😊

We came to the hotel for a Groupon deal at the restaurant for Florentine steak. The guy in reception at the hotel wasn't exactly polite and sort of gestured that we had to go downstairs to get to the restaurant. A little nervously we went down the stairs and we were pleasantly surprised - the restaurant was really nicely presented and the staff on duty were really great. They were both friendly and very attentive without being too over the top. We were at a table outside in the gardens and it was a lovely night. The starter was typical Tuscan style with meat and melon. The Florentine steak was perfectly cooked - quite rare but you had the choice of how you wanted it. There was a lovely choice of puddings but we both went for the panacotta which was really delicious. Really would recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Hotel molto bello e curato. Una splendida piscina dove rilassarsi fino alle 22. Il bar esterno ti coccola in un ambiente elegante ma informale. Camere spaziose confortevoli e pulite. Colazione super. Torneremo sicuramente!

Bellissima villa personale gentile, camere pulite, mangiare abbondante. Il portiere Maurizio sempre disponibile. Verso le 2 di notte scendo x una bottiglietta d'acqua, e mi viene data senza problemi, ci ritorno ben volentieri!!

Meraviglioso in Montecatini terme.
In particolare il ristorante, pulito, accogliente, personale attento, e il meglio il cuoco, piatti dal sapore unico, e detto in spagnolo con il dolce hanno chiuso con 'broche de oro'. Buonissimo

Buenas estaba haciendo una defecacion cuando escucho agua caer, cuando me doy cuenta, el agua me llegaba a las rodillas ee las cañerias y un olor apestoso, he tenido que salir buceando de mi cuarto una mala experiencia con la sirenita y bob esponja de camino, la maleta inundada y todo mal
